I Can Go The Distance

After a little while , Fanny moans as she groggily wakes up . She sits up and rubs her eyes before taking out her phone to see what time it is. She turns it on to see it was 3:00 AM . Just in time the train made it's stopped . Fanny quickly gathered up her things , grabbed her duffel bag , straightened out her coat . She gets up from her seat and exits the train.

As she got off , she inhales deeply and then exhaled before walking off , ready to start a new life . She looks up at the starry sky. It was beautiful to her , which made her smile a bit. The cold night wind blows through her bangs and her ears , causing her ears to twitch and shudder at the weather. Why does every night have to be so cold. She's just glad it was the middle of spring.

Anyway , back on topic , she needs to find a place to stay so she could get out of the cold while she still can or else she'll end up sleeping on a wet cold concrete of an abandoned alleyway . And after she finds a place , she needs to find another job to hire her since she graduated college with a Bachelor's Degree in Medical School , which led her to be a nurse.

When a lot of people passed by her , they didn't seemed to be alarmed or disgusted since she was the only anthro. bunny walking around the Big Apple . She looks around in awe and amazement. Her eyes sparkled at the beautiful , high buildings and multi colored lights.

Fanny- ( Amazed ) Wow. This place is beautiful. Much better than at home. Not to mention so many wonders .

After 1:00 am , Fanny was starting to get all tired . So she spotted a nearby bench and approaches it , sat her bag down and sat down . Her ankles were all sore from all that Walking around the city. So she gently rubs her left ankle through her boot and slightly winces .

Fanny- Man... Never happened with high heels , but why flat heeled shoes ? Well... At least I'm far away from that asshole. ( sighs sadly and looks ) but I already miss Dovil .

Fanny looks up at the night sky filled with twinkling stars and sighs.

Fanny- You know.... ( smiles softly ) Since I left Brute , I wonder if  I can go the distance without him.

Fanny gets back up and straps her duffel bag around her.

Fanny- 🎵 I've once dreamt of a far off place , great warm love that's been waiting for me

Where people are grateful

When they need my help

And a voice keeps saying : " This is where I meant to be "

Fanny then looks behind her. The streets and sidewalks were empty. Fanny then exhales and continues walking.

Fanny- 🎵 I am on my way , I can go the distance

I don't care how far , Somehow I'll stay strong

I would go most anywhere , to find where I'm beloved ......

Fanny then spots walks by a beautiful rose bush. She stops for a moment and gently picks one rose out , without being pricked by one of it's thorns. She brought the rose close to her face and smiles before she gently sniffs. She sighs peacefully. Then all of the sudden , the bunny looks up at the full moon. She was under it's beautiful moonlight. Then , a shooting star passes by. Feeling inspired , Fanny smiles and continues walking on.

Fanny- 🎵 I will beat the odds , I will go the distance

I will face the Earth , beautiful , brave , and strong

I will please the toons , I will go the distance

Til I find my humble  heart's welcome

Right where I'm beloooooooooovveed 🎵🎵

Now with full of courage and hope , she continues walking down the empty sidewalk until a masculine gruff voice spoke grom behind her.

Fanny turns around to see 4 guys in purple and black clothing.  They were all smirking evilly . She raises a brow.
