I walk down the desolate street, my hands buried deep in my jacket pockets as the brisk wind hit my face repeatedly. Suddenly an old newspaper flies up from the ground and smacks me in the face, nearly knocking me backwards. I pull it off my face and investigate it. It was open to a list of jobs, one of which was circled in a red marker.
Help wanted!
Security guard required at Freddy Fazbears Pizza. Bare minimum wage, starts at $3.20 an hour. You only get the money if you survive the night and the week. Only required to work for five nights. If you are easily scared, turn away.
"Scared? By what? The pizza coming alive and eating me instead?" I scoff, "Still... its got good pay. Kinda. I guess so. Its worth a try anyway. It says in the small print I gotta go here at midnight. Whats up with that?"
I shrug it off and rip out the job article, folding it up semi-neatly and putting in my back pocket. "Heh, what have I got to lose anyway? Its just a pizza place. Its got better pay than any job I've ever had. There might be other candidates hoping for the job though I think that its unlikely. No one in their right mind would go to a pizza place at midnight in the middle of nowhere. Well no one but me."
"This is it! Freddy Fazbears Pizza!" I annouce as I hold the picture from the article up which showed a nice and clean looking restaurant but once I had lowered the paper, I was greeted by the run down and dingy remains of said restaurant.
"What the hell is this crap? Seriously I--" "Are you here about the job?" A voice cut in through the speaker outside the front door. I walk up to it and see a security camera follow me as I did so. I look up at it and nod my head faintly, "Yeah. I am."
"Come in..." The door swung open and with a loud clang, I was forcefully invited in. I cautiously wander in and hear the door slam shut behind me. I look around to see the ruins of a once friendly and happy zone for kids but now is the home to hordes upon hordes of rats and insects. My gaze falls upon a dimly lit room at the end of the hallway so I quickly make my way up to it. I enter the room and am greeted by the phone ringing almost immediantly. Huh thats strange, how can someone call it... if its not plugged in? Shrugging it off I answer the call and wander over to the spare office chair which sat in the middle of the two open doors. I made myself comfortable- or tried to at least- while the message played in the background.
"Hello? Hello! I guess you made it to night two, huh? Uh congrats!" Huh? Night two? I guess this must be a pre recording and I suppose someone was here before me...
"I won't talk quite as long this time but the characters get more active as the week progresses. Make sure to take a peek at those cameras while I talk to make sure everyones in their proper place." I do as I was told and check on all the cameras, watching as the three animatronics sit and stare into space, their bright eyes never leaving the ground. These things are creepy. And to think kids grew up with these things...
"Oddly enough Freddy himself doesn't come off stage very often and Birdy gets more active when its dark so thats one more reason to conserve power, right?" (Note: Andrew does not know the name of Chica and instead refers to her as "Birdy").
"Power power... wheres the icon for power?" I murmer as I scower the screen in search of the battery icon. Instead I see a simple 'Power: 89%' icon and sigh. "Eh. It does I suppose. What else was I expecting from this place anyway? Fancy high tech cameras and high speed wifi? Yeah right."
"I also wanna empathise the use of the door lights. They can help you see whats right outside your door, it picks up on the cameras blind spots so you feel a little safer. But yeah be sure to check the door light, you might only have a few seconds to react. Not that you would be in any danger of course!"
"Also check on the curtain at Pirate Cove from time to time. This ones a little more 'unique' and becomes more active when the cameras have been off for a long period of time. Guess he doesn't like not having attention, huh?"
"I sure don't want anyones attention. I-I don't even understand what any of this means!" I sigh as I check back on the cameras once more only to see Birdy had left its spot and was, I assume, roaming the halls.
" It could be right outside... my... door! " I shout as I turn around to the door quickly only to see nothing but a blinking light. Ugh I'm going crazy aren't I?
"Well anyway, I'm sure you have everything under control. Talk to you soon!" The recording clicked off. I realise that I was left in complete silence so to keep my nerves at bay, I continously check the cameras. Especially over Pirates Cove, as I was warned to. As time progressed I noticed more and more activity such as the characters moving from place to place within a matter of seconds and the sound of dishes being clanged together in the kitchen. I couldn't check what was happened in the kitchen because the camera in here only gave me the audio, the screen was just static.
"Dum dum de de..." A voice sang heartedly down the halls which was followed quickly by laughter. I shudder and try to ignore it; only three hours left, I repeated quietly to myself. Three more hours and I'm--
Bang!
Bang!
Bang!
Tap!
Tap!
Tap!
"Let us in. We don't want to hurt you..." A voice screeched loudly as the banging and clawing at the now closed door continued. "We're just lost... we want to go home."
"I- I don't--" "Let us go home... please... I miss my mommy..." A somewhat feminine voice cried out. I clawed and pulled at my hair and began to breathe heavier, unable to block out the voices anymore.
"Let us go home please, I miss my mommy and daddy..." "The bad man took our lives away. He was an imposter. He robbed us of our lives... please... take us home."
"I don't know how to! I-I'm sorry!" I shout at the top of my lungs while pulling my hair, gathering clumps of it tightly in my hands.
"Not good enough." The bunny looking creature growled deeply as it approached me, "Take us home... now."
"I can't!" I cry out again, this time in pure desperation and fear. I watched as the three creatures gathered around me only to be pushed aside by a fox animatronic.
"Let me handle this one..." He smiled eerily as he dug his sharp metal claws into my flesh and thumped down the hallway with me still in his grasp. I rived and struggled to get free but he didn't let go... not once.
"You won't help us. Therefore you will suffer." He spoke in a broken robotic voice as he threw me harshly down on a table. He rummaged about for a few seconds before clunking back to me, his smile still visible in the darkness.
His eyes seemed to glow brighter as he picked me up and rammed me into a suit, the blood was pounding in my ears as he stuffed me deeper into it with every harsh punch of his metal fists.
"Soon you shall feel our pain. Soon... you will be one of us."
"Welcome to Freddy Fazbears Pizza, kids! Ready to go on a magical adventure with all of your buddies?" The lion animatronic sang as he motioned for the children and their adults to walk in. "I'm Leon the Lion and I'll be your guide in fun today!"
{Andrew is Yuriofwinds real name by the way. Just in case you were wondering. Leon is also one of my own characters, if you do use him (not that you would though lmao) credit mee~ also any questions or whatever, leave 'em below!}
