Shona's pov

"I miss you so much" I said trough the phone. Talking to my bf Will. He lived in the UK and I lived in the United States. We hadn't seen eachother for 3 weeks after he left for Pax. "I know babe I miss you to" He said. We ended the call and I bursted out in tears.

I always felt like long distance relationships weren't that bad but know I'm in one I realised it was the hardest thing I have ever done. Don't get me wrong I really love Will but I want a boyfreind who is here for me when I need him. Someone who I can fall asleep with not someone who is 200 miles away.

I wanted to break up with him.

I decided to call him and just get it over with. I dialed hus phone number and waited for him to pick up.

"Hey babe" He said and my heart broke a little.

"Uhm.. can we talk for a minute?" I asked nervously.

"Yeah, what's wrong?" He asked confused.

"I think we should.. Uhm.. Break.. up"

"What why?! Where does this come from? !" He yelled trough the phone. Tears started welling up in my eyes and quickly ended the call.

*2 days later*

I had cried a lot since that day. I had not talked to anyone and ignored everything. Will had called me about 18 times but didn't pick up any of them.

I suddenly heard a knock on the door. I ignored it. A second knock this time harder. I began to become curious and walked up to the door but didn't open it yet. Then I heard a familiar voice yell my name "Shona!! Shona please!" I heard the person sob and I heard a last soft knock.

I quickly opened the door and ran into his arms. I wrapped my legs around his waist and my arms around his neck. "I'm sorry, I'm so sorry" I sobbed into his neck. He wrapped his arms around me tight and carried me inside. He put me down in the living room pulled away from our hug. I saw he had cried for a long time due to his blood-shot eyes. "You don't have to be sorry. I should've been here for you when you needed me" He let his hands rest loosely on my hips and slowly leant in to kiss me.

We had kissed before but never as passionate as this one. Our lips moved perfectly thogheter and I knew this was right. He pulled away and looked into my eyes. "I'm going to stay here for a minimum of 2 months and if you want me here for longer than that I will" I smiled at him and wrapped him up in a hug again.

It's 3 am. I wanted to roll around but I got held back by something. I looked next to me and saw Will holding my torso like I was a big teddy bear.  I smiled at the thought and wrapped my arms back around him. After a while I fell asleep in his arms.

I knew this is what I always wanted.
