It had been a week since the losers club split up. You spent most of your time indoors or hanging out with your family. You missed your friends dearly.
Life is so different not being with them even for 1 day.
It was now 3am and all you could think about was them.
Am I even still friends with any of them?
You decide to try to go to sleep. A few minutes pass until you hear people walking downstairs.
My parents are home.
You decide to go down and see them since you were still awake. You go downstairs into the living room. Your parents are there, facing the opposite direction.
"Hi guys." You say.
They turn around at the same time and you notice how lifeless they look.
"We can't take it anymore." Your mom said.
"You ruined our lives y/n." Your dad said.
"What?" You say quietly.
"You're worthless and nothing." Your mom said.
"Goodbye y/n." Your dad said pulling out a gun.
"Wait-" You say as your dad shoots your mom and then himself.
You scream.
I need to get out of here.
You run out the door and see that their cars aren't there. You decide to just keep running. You don't stop until you reach the park. When you're legs get to tired you fall down into the grass. You cry and hold your chest as it gets harder to breathe. Soon enough you can barely breathe at all.
What is happening to me?
"Are you okay?" Somebody asks touching your shoulder.
You wip around and see Stanley.
"Oh my god, y/n. What's wrong?" He Asks kneeling down next to you.
You try to talk but nothing comes out. You can't breathe.
"You're having a panic attack." Stanley mumbles.
What.
"Shoot, What do I do?" He says stressing out.
You look down at the ground and close your eyes focusing on your breathing. Suddenly, your chin is lifted up and Stanley kisses you. You look at him shocked but continue to kiss him. It lasts a somewhat long time until he pulls away. His face is full on red and you bet yours is too.
"How did you do that?" You ask noticing you can breathe again.
"I-i read somewhere that holding you breath is a good way to stop a panic attack such as k-kissing." Stanley said.
"Wow, Thanks." You say.
"Do you want to um..talk about it?" Stanley asked.
You and Stanley sit on one of the park benches. You tell him all about the incident and he hold your hand every time you get emotional.
"What are you doing up at 3am?" You asked.
"My family is just stressing me out. They expect me to be perfect and it's too much. My bar mitzvah is coming up too which doesn't help." Stan said.
"I miss our friends." You say.
"Me too."Stanley says.
You talk for awhile more, and then get up to leave.
"Wait, I'm scared to go back." You say.
"Maybe you could sleepover and sneak out in the morning." Stanley said.
"Really?" You ask.
"Yeah, lets go." Stanley says giving you a light smile.
You take his hand and you walk back to his house. You both climb up the tree by his window and sneak into his room.
It's so neat wow.
"Do you want to sleep on the bed?" Stanley. asks.
"No, it's fine." You say.
"Come on youre the guest." Stan said.
"It's your bed." You say.
"I insist." You say.
"Y/n you are sleeping on the bed." Stanley said glaring playfully at you.
"No." You say sticking your tongue out.
"Yes you are." Stan said crossing his arms.
"Make me." You say.
He runs up and picks you up bridal style.
"Stan!" You say giggling.
He sets you down on the bed and makes you stay.
"There we go." He says.
"Fine." You say.
Stanley makes a makeshift bed on the floor and starts to go to sleep.
"Goodnight Stanley." You say.
"Goodnight y/n I l- I mean goodnight." Stanley said quickly.
I may have a crush on Stanley Uris.
