Don't skip this! Don't worry I'll make it short. Basically, if you haven't watched the newest episodes of The flash and The Arrow (as of 2019) this will include spoilers. If you don't care or you don't watch these shows I've summed up their life story the best I could in the story summary if you have any questions feel free to ask. If you have no triggers then feel free to skip this but I'll list all the triggers this book includes and what chapter they are found in as I write them.
Chapter 1- Mild violence/domestic abuse but it's nothing serious just a slap. Also, symptoms of an eating disorder and depression but nothing is directly mentioned. (all chapters will contain swearing)
Chapter 2- mentions cutting/self-harm after the fact as in cuts a few days old and previous scars. Punching things in a self-harming way kinda idk Oliver talks about how he punched a mirror. Also brief mentions of sex but nothing graphic.
