Chapter 2

Ella's P.O.V

*Ella arives on set*

I turned up on the scene of Heart Attack and saw Trench and a girl with short brown hair. I walked up to them.

"Ella! baby! How goes it? Welcome! We're so excited to have you. This is Annika, she'll be your makeup artist."

"Hi Annika!"

"Hey!"

"Annika, Ella needs to be styled and camera ready by 5pm sharp. Ella, once you're ready we're going to start filming."

"OK, Ella. Let's go put your face on."

I followed Annika to the makeup van and sat down while she did my makeup.

"So, are you excited to meet the guys?"

"Betweet you and me I wish I weren't here. I only said yes to this because I wanted to win $50.000."

"You're in it to win it, huh? Believe me, you're not the first girl who's told me that. And so far none of them have chosen the cash over the trip around the world."

"Believe me, I have very high standards. And an ex I'm still in love with."

"Just remember to be careful, Ella. I've been here for 10 seasons. That means you're the 10th bachelorette that's come through this door. I've seen girls get their hearts broken big-time."

"Well, the show's called "Heart Attack" after all."

"I'm being serious. Be careful who you trust. This show brings out the very worst in people."

Fifteen minutes after my makeup was finished and it looked perfect. I was beggining to really trust Annika so we went and picked out some clothes together. I loved all the dresses so it was hard to choose one but in the end I chose a silver dress that came down to about mid tight. It was tight at the top and had a sparkly belt thing on it, after the bell it was really flowy. I tried it on and Annika and I both thought it was great. After that, I went over to get my hair done by Nicole, Annika's cousin. All we did was straighten my hair and she did a braid with my fringe. I put on my favourite pair of silver heels and I was camera ready. I went back out to find Trench so we could start filming.

"Ella, you look beautiful babe!"

"Thanks, are we ready to film now?"

"Definitely. Ready... and Action!"

Meet Ella. She's an inspiring actress from Los Angeles. And she's looking for Mr. Right... in ALL the wrong places. So she's agreed to let three eligible bachelors. Spend four weeks fighting for her love. The guy Ella picks at final elimination will win a trip around the world with her. Or he can say "sayonara" to Ella and walk away with $50.000. But, if none of them win Ella's heart, she can take the money and run.

*Day One*

"Okay, I'm all made up and ready to meet the guys, Trench."

"OK. Let's go meet the bachelors!"

I followed Trench into the mansion and so did all the cameras. We sat down on the leather lounge chairs and waited for the boys to come out one by one. After they introduce themselves I get to ask each one a question.

"Ok! Let's bring out Jonathan."

"Hi Ella, Hi Trench. I'm Jonathan. I'm an investment banker from San Diego. I love sailing, hiking and classical music."

"Okay Jonathan. My question for you is what's the longest relationship you've ever been in?"

"My last relationship lasted three years. We were engaged for 6 months."

"And why'd you call it off?"

"My fiance was shot during a bank robbery."

"I'm so sorry."

"It's alright. I'm still healing but each day it gets easier."

"Ok, Jonathan that's all for today. Less talk more walk. Now let's bring out our next bachelor. Here's Dirk"

"Hi, I'm Dirk. I'm a personal trainer from Chicago. I spend my free time going to concerts and hitting the gym. And I'm very excited to meet you Ella!"

"Alright, Dirk. If a genie granted you one wish, what would it be?"

"My wish would be to have insanely muscular legs."

"Excuse me?"

"One of my greatest challenges in life has been to make my legs as muscular as my arms. But no matter how many squats I do I can't add muscle mass to my legs."

"Uhh, okay. How would you use your wish to improve the world?"

"Well if I HAD to use my wish to make the world a better place I would give every girl in the world a hot body."

"Okay, I've heard enough. Next contestant please!"

"You heard her Dirk! Get that toned body out of here. Let's bring out our next and last bachelor, Kyle!"

"Hi Ella, I'm Kyle. I'm a veteranarian from Seattle. When I'm not working I'm volunteering at the animal shelter or the community theatre."

Jeremy is a veteranarian, too... Agh come on Ella, stop thinking about your ex. He's gone and he's not coming back.

"Ok Kyle. My question for you is what is the biggest mistake you've ever made?"

"Honestly, the biggest mistake I've ever made was dumping my college girlfriend. After we gratuaded I freaked out about how long we'd been together. I dumped her and we didn't talk for years. She's married now and I've completely moved on but I regret acting so coldly toward her."

Whoa! That's exactly what Jeremy did to me. I guess I'll have to wait a few years to get an apology.

"Yeah! That sounds like a pretty big mistake."

"Well, I definitely learned from the experience."

"That's good."

"Okay lovebirds, time is up!"

"Bye."

"See ya."

"So, Ella what did you think of the bachelors?"

"Well, they seemed really nice."

"You know what they say: Good things come in threes! Well Ella, that's enought excitement for one day. Tomorrow, we'll be filming the talent show. The guys have some really great surprises prepared!"

"I can only imagine!"

The bachelors face off in a talent show to prove to Ella that they've got what it takes. Stay tuned!
