Chapter 5

Ryder's P.O.V
I was waiting in the waiting room, waiting for the doctor. I was so ancient I could barely move.

"Dude, you ok?" Cole asked

"No, I am not ok, the girl I like so very much is in surgery and I have no idea if she will be ok, so no I am not ok" I replied

"You just have to clam down, she will be fine man" Landon said

"Family of Isabella White" a doctor spoke

I stood up and walked over to him. "Is she ok?" I asked worried

"She is fine but she slipped into a coma during surgery, we don't know when she will wake up" I felt my heart dropped when I heard that "she also has extensive bruising all over her body and a few broken rips, she also had broken bones that have half healed as they look like they have happen a few weeks ago" he then said "do any of you know what her situation at home is like?"

"We don't know, she keeps to herself" Cole said

"Ok, there is suspicion that she gets abused at home"

"Her mother died when Isabella was 14, she lives with her step father" I said

"Uh, When can we see her?" Cole asked

"You can see her now, she is in room 526" he said

"Thank you" Landon said as we ran to the elevator

We are in the elevator and I pressed on level 5. The elevator doors open and I run out and find room 526, I open the door and saw her, she was laying in the bed with cords and tubes coming out of her. I walk over to her and held her hand.

"You will be fine Isabella, I am right here for you, I won't leave your side" I said holing back the tears that where forming in my eyes.

Isabella's P.O.V
I am laying down in a room. I am hearing many machines beeping around me. I feel someone's hand holding mine, I squeeze my hand and the person that was holding my hand got up.

"Isabella, your ok just open your eyes" a male voice said

I open my eyes but I closed them straight after because the bright light blinded me. I slowly re-opened them and saw Ryder Black, the Ryder Black sitting right next to me. Nurses came running into my room and started to unhook all of the tubes that I was connected to.

"I need water" I croaked out once the tubes where out of my mouth, the nurses left me and Ryder alone.

Ryder quickly got up and gave me a cup of water and I quickly drank all of the water. After that nurses came back into my room and asked Ryder to leave so they can ask me a few questions, I got told I have to stay here for a few more weeks so I can recover properly. They all left and Ryder came back into the room  

"Ryder what happened?" I asked

"After the fight I had to get some air so I started to walk" he took a breath and continued "I heard screaming so I ran over to where the screaming was and saw an old man on you taking off your clothing and I quickly got him off and he ran away" he took another deep breath "you where unconscious so I took you too the hospital and you have been in a coma for a month" he then finished

"Why are you still here" I asked

"Isabella, I just wanna say, I care about you. A lot and well.... I, never mind"

"Ryder, if you need to say something just say it"

"Its fine, but can I ask you a serious question?"
