Chapter 10: Bad memories
"Tatsou what's wrong?" Echo asked as she came over to him
"Nothing I'm going to and walk for a minute." Tatsou said as he went out the door
Duncan came out of the room.
"Hey where did Tatsou go?" he asked as he came over
"Out for a walk." Echo said
"Well I'm going to." Duncan said as he ran out the door
"Damn why does everyone get hurt because of me." Tatsou said as he hit a tree
"Tatsou I found you!" Duncan yelled as he came up to him
"Duncan why are you out here?" Tatsou asked
"Well it's better to go with friends then alone." Duncan said
"It's dangerous to stay around me." Tatsou said
"Doesn't matter to me." Duncan said
"Alright then." Tatsou said
"I need to ask you something." Duncan said
"Yes what is it?" Tatsou asked
"What was your past like?" Duncan asked
"A very terrible one." Tatsou said
"What do you mean?" Duncan asked
"Every time I come in contact with someone that I either mean to protect either gets hurt or dies." Tatsou said
"Haku asked me a while back about your past he wanted to know." Duncan said
"Well it's hasn't been a good one." Tatsou said
"What do you mean?" Duncan asked
Tatsou came up to Duncan's hear and whispered in it but it was a different language.
"What did you say?" Duncan asked
"Haku would know." Tatsou said
"Tatsou your one strange human aren't you." Haku said
"Tatsou what are you hiding?" Duncan asked
"Well let me start at the beginning." Tatsou said
"Alright." Duncan said
"There was a girl named Tesca that I meet about 20 years ago, she was about 15 at that time." Tatsou said as he came up to his ear and said. "She was Flame's mother."
"Wait does Flame even know this?" Duncan asked
"No but let me continue." Tatsou said as he backed up
"Ok." Duncan said
"I was in my dragon form flying around and I guess I passed out because I haven't had sleep for a while." Tatsou said
Past.
Tesca was looking up in the sky and Tatsou falling in his dragon form.
"What's that?" Tesca said as she went to where he was
Tatsou had taken down at least four trees down. She got there and noticed him still in his dragon form.
"So cool!" she yelled as she came up and touched his nose
"Tesca where are you..." someone said as they came out and noticed Tatsou
"Look a dragon." Tesca said as she still had her hand on Tatsou's nose and looked at the person
