Shattered magick

Chapter two

Today was the day I joined my new school, I lived alone so I signed myself in without the help of parent . I walked into the office looking around before walking to the sign in sheet. "You must me Rai." An old man with a Fluffy beard said, smiling at me. "Yes sir. That's me." I nodded, he must be the principal, Mr. Loto. "Well, here is your schedule and locker number. If you need anything don't hesitate to ask ." He smiled wider and sent me off.
I made my way into the hallway and set my unneeded items into the locker. Unfolding my schedule I looked to see which class my homeroom was. I walked over to what looked to be the science room and knocked. A tiny woman with grey curls opened the door, and smiled in delight. "Hello! Come in! Introduce your self young lady." At the mention of the word 'lady' a ton of guys looked up. Ugh ...pigs..

I stood in front of the class and introduced my self with a smile. "Okay miss Rai! You can go sit by Camden." The teacher who I've learned is named Mrs.tetra whispered loudly to me . I nodded and took a seat.
I ignored her most of the class, the kid beside me made several flirtatious attempts, but too bad for him, they failed. I mean like, get to know me first boys.
The bell finally rang and I stepped into the hallway only to realize I forgot my schedule ! I turned around to retrieve it, I remembered leaving it on my desk . Mumbles and laughter disappeared behind me as I reentered the classroom I was in last period.
I snatched the pink piece of paper up off my desk, and exited the humid classroom. Usually I'd use magick to fix the classroom but I'm unsure of the amount of regular humans in this school.
I made my way to the now peaceful courtyard, most of the students were out eating somewhere. 
  Before I could sit down on a colorful bench, I noticed a noisy crowd of children screaming the word "Fight!" Multiple times. I made my way to the front of the crowd. There was a tall lean boy with dark hair and blue eyes, he looked irritated but not exactly angry, barely a foot away was a bulky catlike boy with blonde hair and green eyes.
    I couldn't decide whether or not to intervene or just walk away and sit on a bench like I planned..
  The blue eyed boy threw a left hook and knocked the blonde one over, I was uninterested till his eyes locked with my silver and green ones.

I stood over Ashton who I'd just knocked over, he was holding his jaw and making a low hissing noise. I was about to turn around and leave the crowd behind until I saw Her,  she caught me with those green and silver eyes that mixed with gold in the middle. Her eyes widened when she saw me, and turned away her short light brown hair bouncing as she walked off. All that I wanted now was to figure out who she was, even when the now recovered Ashton landed a kick to my chest that I barely noticed in my curious stupor.
