Chapter Two Second date.
A/N I am so sorry for not updating but I have major writers block. I hope this is good. I need feedback, please tell me how I am doing.
"So when's the second date?" Mom asked me.
"Wow mom really, I just got back."
"I gotta go text Emma, we never talk anymore." I said, as I go to my room.
Text convo. A for Arura. E for Emma.
A-"Hey Emma, we haven't talked forever. What have you been doing? I have huge news!"
E-"Hey Ari(Arura's nickname.), I know we need to do something. I haven't done much except read, you know me and reading lol. What have you been doing? Huge news, tell me NOW."
A-"I haven't done anything either. We should go get some coco, I will tell you the news when we see each other face to face."
E-"Okay, I will go to the one five minutes from your house. Can't wait to hear your news."
A-"Yep, see you in five."
At the coffee house.
" EMMA." I screamed, "OVER HERE." I AM COMING". She yelled back.
"Be quite." A mean customer said. "Sorry" we said at the exact same time. "Were twinsies" Emma said, laughing.
"So your news?" Emma pried.
"We just got here, no hugs, no hey good to see you. You outta be ashamed of yourself." I said jokingly.
"I'm sorry Ari, its just..."
"I am kidding." I interrupted. Lets go order our hot chocolates."
"Hey, how are you, wait, you were here yesterday. You left with your boyfriend."
"BOYFRIEND, BOYFRIEND, what is she talking about." Emma screamed.
"Geez Emma, calm down. Logan is not my boyfriend."
"What would you two like?" She asked.
"Two hot chocolates, please."
"That'll be $2.50, please"
"Here you are." I said handing the money to her.
"Thank you, I will be right back with your hot chocolates. Here you go." The cashier said.
"So I am guessing that your news is about Logan. Is he cute, show me a picture of him, your gonna have to let me met him so I can..." I intruped her.
"Be quite Emma, your rambling. I told her"
"Oh, I am. I am just happy for you." She told me honestly.
"Now I will answer all of your questions, ok? Yes my news is about Logan. Of course you can meet him, just don't scare him away, ok? This is him." I said while showing her the picture.
"Ari, you just got a message from your lover boy." Emma told me.
"He is not my lover boy, just a cute boy." I replied back, while blushing.
"Well whatever, you got a message from him." She told me clearly annoyed.
"What's wromg? Don't be mad at me."
"It's nothing, sorry Ari."
"Good, I am gonna check his text now."
Text convo. A for Arura. L for Logan.
L-"Are you doing anything tonight?
A-"No! Have anything in mind?"
L-"Yeah I do. I will pick you up in two hours, okay?"
A-"Alright then, see you in two hours."
"Hey, I gotta go. I have a date in two hours. Bye." I told Emma.
"I can come with you and help you get ready? Please it would be so much fun." Emma told me.
"No, I can do this on my own. Sorry Emma." I told her.
"Alright, bye." Emma said sadly, leaving me.
At home.
To get ready for my date I choose what I was going to wear. I decided to wear my black skiny jeans and my plain white tee with the purple sweater and my black hills. I got all my undergarments and took my shower. After that, I got dressed. I did some light make up and did my hair. I decided to do a cute but messy bun. In doing all that I realized that Logan will be here any minute. With that, I heard my door bell ring and I went to go get it. Boy was I ever surprised to see what happened next.
