It's white. Everything around me is blank. No one is in sight just an endless void. Pushing forward reveals two black masses. I inch closer to the shadows, and one of the masses is shown to be Paris, and the other remains sealed. They stand there staring at each other before Paris looks stunned, and blood begins spilling from his mouth, and I scream his name as he collapses to the ground.

I open my eyes wailing and glance around the dark room in search for my brother. I fling the sheets off and run out the door in my nightgown. I look down the corridor for my brother, but I don't see him.

"Paris?" I call out his name in question. I walk towards my employer's room but don't see my brother anywhere never it. I start wandering through the halls my breathing heavy until I bump into someone. I take a step back to balance myself and look up to see a young boy with raven black hair and striking blue eyes. "I'm sorry."

"Are you alright?" He asks in a whisper.

"Have you seen my brother?" My breath is calming just a little.

"No, I don't believe I have. What's your name?" I look at him skeptical of his intentions.

"Selene. You're Merlin, correct? The prince's servant?" Merlin nods his head in answer to my question. "Now is the best time than any," I mutter to myself before looking at Merlin. "Have you noticed anything strange with Arthur?"

"Arthur? No, I don't believe so." He glances around quickly. He's lying. "If you excuse me." He brushes past me in a hurry. I move quickly getting some clothes on and equipping a short sword. I make haste down the hallway that I last saw Merlin in. I make my way out of Camelot keeping up with Merlin's tracks. Eventually, we come to a stop at a lake. I crouch behind a shrub so that I can see Merlin but also so I can hear with Alfruic. I look at the lake and faes appear of it. Merlin's thoughts marvel over the creatures. Alfruic and Sophia plan on killing Arthur so Sophia can go back to where she came from, Avalon.

I follow Merlin all the way back the Physician's chambers. Merlin begins recalling everything frantically to Giaus.

"What's Avalon?" Merlin asks.

"The Land of Eternal Youth." I voice walking into the room. Merlin and Gaius look startled as I walk in. "It is said that mortals are only supposed to glimpse of it before death."

"What are you doing here?"

"Well Merlin, you lied to me last night when I asked you what was wrong with Arthur, so I followed you." Merlin looks to Gaius concerned. "You should learn to cover your tracks and to keep your thoughts to yourself, and be more discreet with your... 'magic.'" I say the last word in his head. He looks baffled.

"How did you do that and how were you able to look at Avalon?"

"The same way you got to look at it, immortality."

"It can't be I've almost died plenty of times."

"See the type of immortal that I is that I never age, but I can die to mortal wounds except my body is more resistant and I have a better chance of overcoming it- Same way with you." He still looks slightly confused. "Have you met anyone that is a druid?" He shakes his head no. "Well, you will soon most likely since you are the stories of the prophecies. The name Emrys means immortal. Anyway, I want to help you protect Arthur."

"Since you are all knowing what do you think we are going up against?" Gaius, Merlin's caretaker, asks me.

"Well, I would say a descendant of fea, more specifically, a Sidhe. Sidhe's are masters of enchantment I've to have only a few run-ins with them over the years. Paris almost died one time."
