You walked briskly,
Passing in front of me.
I dare not look into your eyes,
Afraid of the rumors, afraid of the lies,
But your dark gaze slowly mesmerized mine.

You were nothing but trouble,
But you continued to haunt me.
They told me not to trust you,
Yet your black haze made me follow.

I wanted to find your true self,
The part that you refused to show,
So I approached you,
And I did not mistake the soft glow of your eyes before it flickered away.

I tried to understand you
Yet you pushed me farther,
I was stubborn and never gave up,
But the dark in your heart was too hard for me to run toward.

How long should I stay before you or I give up?
Slowly you corrupted me, you destroyed me,
Yet not once have I seen again even a glimpse of your light.

Somebody help me,
Before I fall deeper for you.
Before it's impossible to climb up.
Before I break before you crack.
