Minghao's little secret

Hao's pov.

"What were you talking about Hao?" Seungkwan asked me, clearly having heard what I said. Wonwoo-hyung stared at me like he couldn't believe what he just heard, seeing their faces like this made me feel really bad, I just wanted to protect my little sister.

"She's your sister?" Seungkwan asked again when I failed to answer him. I couldn't do much more than nod, I felt really guilty. Seungkwan put his hand on my shoulder patting it lightly.

"You should have told us" Wonwoo-hyung said placing his hand on my other shoulder.

"Why did you lie? Wait why did you never tell any of us you have a sister to begin with?" Seungkwan asked, I could tell he was really confused.

"Its not like I actually told any of you I'm an only child, and Junie-hyung knows about Tao" I said shyly, Wonwoo-hyung and Seungkwan looked kind of confused for a second before it must have clicked.

"Right, its not like you could hide a sister form Jun,  more so if you go to China together a lot" Wonwoo-hyung said.

"Yeah, right, please don't tell the rest of the boys about Tao being my sister, I'll do it myself once she goes home. I don't want them looking at Tao the wrong way" I asked, I really love my members but little Tao will always stay little in my eyes and I don't need any of the members making moves on her. I guess the guys understood where I came from since they agreed not to tell anyone. We walked to the rest of the group changing the topic to something Vernon and Seungkwan talked about earlier the day, and made small talk.

"Hao where's Tao?" Junie-hyung asked jogging my way. "She left her phone in my pocket" he said holding it in his hand.

"She left with the staff a small while ago, you should be able to find her inside" I told Junie-hyung, he ran inside the building to find Tao and give her her phone back.

"Jun-hyung seems really close with Tao"  Seungkwan said out of the blue. "Maybe he likes her?I've never seen him act that friendly with a girl before" he continued. I felt a little sting in my heart at his words, to be honest I have thought about the possibility of Junie-hyung liking Tao. Each time the thought comes to mind my heart shatters a little, I know if Tao and Junie-hyung have feeling for each other I wouldn't have to worry about either of them, Tao would be cared for and deeply loved, and Junie-hyung would be happy all the time, even so, I'm to hopelessly in love with Junie-hyung to even stomach the thought.

"That wouldn't happen, its brotherly love" I said walking away. If anyone knew about my feelings they would label my actions as childish, but no one knows, so I can be as childish as I want.

We joined the rest of the group  getting ready for the shoot, when the makeup artists arrived.  Tao followed the female staff member from earlier, looking like a lost puppy. She seemed so confused and lost, I felt kind of bad, I shouldn't have forced her to come. She saw me and smiled at me waving, I smiled back at her and stood ready to get my makeup done. 

"Junie-gege" I heard Tao say as she ran up to him, the staff member I told her to stay with was doing his makeup. Tao would tell me if she fell in love with Junie-hyung right? she wouldn't hide it right? is she even old enough to fall in love? of course she is stupid!

"Hao-hyung, are you alright?" I heard Dino say snapping me out of my thoughts. "You seem distracted, maybe having her here isn't a good idea" he said looking at Tao and then walking away.

"Is he okay?" I asked Hoshi who stood to my left, he shrugged and turned back to the lady doing his makeup. 

"You're finished, You can just wait with the others" the girl in front of me said walking away after I thanked her. I walked over to Junie-hyung and Tao wanting to brake the conversation between the two.

"Junie-ge, Tao-meimei" I said grabbing their attention, they were laughing about something Tao said when I grabbed their attention.

"Hao-gege" Tao said grabbing my arm and linking hers around it, she then grabbed Junie-hyung's arm and linked her other one with it. She looked between Junie-hyung and I and smiled sweetly at us. She really is the sweetest being alive.

Author's pov.

Dino went searching for Jun and Minghao since their unit were first to do their shoot, He saw Jun running and followed him to Minghao, Jun stopped for a second asking Hao something and then continued running. Dino heard his hyung tell Hao that he's never seen Jun act the way he does with Tao, which Dino seemed to notice two, he's usually really awkward around girls, even some of the members sisters, but not around Tao which just angered Dino even more.

Dino didn't mean to hide, its not like they were saying something he couldn't hear,he just sort of felt bad for hearing their conversation. He felt bad but he still wanted to hear what they were saying.

He heard Hao tell them that his hyung loves her in a brotherly way not a romantic way, which Dino already knew, since he was the only one that knew about Jun's romantic feelings about Hao. Not thinking much about the conversation he left them to their talk to find his other hyung.

He found Jun inside the building joking around with Tao, he just didn't understand how Jun could be nice enough to be friendly with Hao's lover. He walked over to Jun and Tao bowing to the staff he passed and tapped on Jun's shoulder.

"We should be going hyung" he told Jun, he turned around and walked away not even giving Tao a single glance.

"Is he always that moody" Tao asked Jun staring after Dino. "He's really pretty, such a shame his mean face takes away from it" she said. Once she realized she said it aloud a deep red tint spread across her ears.

"Ah cute! Your ears turn red just like little Hao's" Jun said pulling on them.

After the first shoot, they had time for a break in which most of them turned their attention to the fans. Dino went to the bathroom as soon as it ended not telling anyone anything. He's been feeling sick lately but telling the hyung's would only worry them. He stood in one of the stalls when he heard Seungkwan and Wonwoo enter.

"I can't believe he didn't tell anyone about Tao being his sister" Wonwoo said. Dino's head shot up fast enough to snap off of his neck. What? he thought to himself.

"I know right, and then Jun-hyung ran after her so fast, it makes a lot of sense" Seungkwan said as they left the bathroom after washing their hands. Everything seemed to click in Dino's mind, Jun being Tao's brother made sense at that moment, everything made sense.

I fitted together perfectly, even though it couldn't be further from the truth.
