Chapter 4: something to remember

Russia was still worried even after he left the hospital. When they got back to China's Taiwan had made lunch. She had made rice, dumplings, and other types of Chinese food along with a few of russian foods.

"Hi Russia I thought I was going to have to bring you your food." She said with a happy smile. Japan and the others sat down and began to eat. Russia ate a little. Usually Russia would eat a lot but he looked depressed and really didn't want to do anything but worry about China.

Russia got dressed for bed and slipped into bed. He slowly fell asleep as he thought about what happened to his lover.

(At the hospital)

Hong Kong was still waiting as he promised to Russia. He was hoping China would wake up soon. Nurses were running around the hospital. Everybody had (shifts) on staying at the hospital as Russia slept. Russia slept the hole time China wasn't able to be seen.

China woke up knowing where he was but he didn't see anything. After he woke up a doctor walked into his room. "oh hello are you felling ok?" one of the nurses said as she walked in be hide the doctor. "No I am in a lot of pain right now." China said with a weak voice. "Well do u think u can talk to your family?" asked the doctor.

"I think I might be able to."

The nurse went out of the room and came back with Hong Kong. "Well hi old man how do you fell?" Hong Kong said with a smile. "Im not that old! and I am still in pain a little."China replied. "well I should call the others and tell them you are awake." China nodded and let Hong Kong call the others.

------At the house----

Russia was dead asleep when Taiwan walked into the room. She ran over to the side of the bed where Russia was sleeping with Japan behind her."Russia wake up! China's awake! come one!" they yelled. Russia woke up seeing the two excited and ready to go. He got out of the bed and jumped into clothes and into the car.

Russia was once again worried. When they got to the hospital Russia pretty much as ran inside to see china. When Russia entered the room he saw China siting up in the bed talking with Hong Kong. China looked over and saw Russia. "Hi Russia ,Aru!" he said. Russia went over and hugged China as lightly as he could trying not to hurt him anymore then what he already was.

Japan, Korea, and Taiwan then walked into the room. Russia then let go of china and stood up. Russia was happy that he was doing better. "China your looking a lot better." Taiwan stated. The others agreed with Taiwan. "China..." Russia began saying with a blush on his face. "I am sorry for all of this." he finished.

"What for?" China asked. "Well for my drinking problem if I didn't drink none of this would have happened and we all would be at your house."

"Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea please give us a minute." China said without a smile but a worried look. Japan and Hong Kong pushed Korea and Taiwan out of the room and shut the door behind them. "what the herr is arr of this about, Russia?" China asked with a gentle voice grabbing ahold of Russia's hand.

"Well it's all my fault China" Russia replied looking down towards the floor. "No it's not Russia don't you ever say it is!" China said with meaning "its the ars whole who ran into me fault." he finished with a humor voice. Russia gave a small but unsure smile.

"You know I love you right?" China said. Russia nodded his head with a small blush and for once the Russian didn't have a drop of vodka for two days. With his scuffed hair from being in bed for two day he was cuter then usual China smiled at the large Russian by the bed side.

Russia signaled for the others to come back in the room.

-----time skips to when China gets out the hospital a month later-----

When China got into the house there was a big sign saying "welcome back" and all around was the other countries. England, America, Italy, Germany, France (aka francey pants), Canada, everyone who was a close friend with China except for France they were just being nice to him.

China walked to the couch and plopped down. "Um China I don't think you should do that yet, da?" Russia said to him. "Oh yea oh werr what's been done is done." give a smile like he did nothing wrong. everyone crowded around china like he just had a baby or is a old man. "What is something wrong, aru?" He asked. "well you just got out of the hospital not even a day ago so we want to make sure your ok." Italy said with his Italian smile.

After hours everyone went home give China breathing air well almost everybody. China's siblings decided to stay in town for a few more days before they went back home. Taiwan cook, Japan cleaned, Hong Kong got what China needed, Korea was not much help at all, and Russia stuck around to talk with China so he wouldn't be bored.

After the few days were up one by one China's siblings left the house the last to go was China's sweet little sister, Taiwan. After she left it was just Russia and China...... Again. China was siting on the couch when Russia walked in to the room and sat down next to him. The big russian pulled the small Chinese close. China's eyes widen and be began to blush wildly.

Russia was pretty much cuddling with him. China loved him but it was so sudden China pushed away quickly. Russia look over to him and was surprised that he pushed away.

Russia's POV:

I sat down and cuddle with China but he pushed away. Why did he push away? Is he no long in love with me? Did I hurt him? What did I do wrong? I was so surprised at his action I stood up "I'm sorry China." I said looking down at the floor and I walked to the now empty guess room. I didn't see the look china gave me when he pushed me away and I didn't see his face when I walked off. I sat in the room and cried. everyone left me long ago and now him? I can't live without my China. I lay down with tear stained cheeks with tears still flowing down them asking 'what did I do to my China'

China's POV:

I sat there surprised at my action. I saw him stand up and say "I'm Sorry China." and have a single tear run off his face and run off.'what have I done?' I thought.
