I Can't Help Falling In Love With You

Prologue

Jess McConnell comes from a large family consisting of seven children, and her parents.

William, Will, the oldest at 22, just moved out with his fiancé, Meredith. Evan, the second oldest at 19, just graduated high school and is off to UCLA to become a teacher. Jess, the third oldest at 17, is about to start her senior year at Loyola high. Jacob, the middle child, at 16 about to start his junior year at Loyola high. Kyle, the third youngest, at 14, will be a freshmen at Loyola high. And last but not least the twins, Sara and Sean, at 12, will be starting 7th grade.

About three years ago the McConnell's moved from Boston to LA, due to their mother having breast cancer and their father joining the army. Their father joined the army to help pay hospital bills because the family was not making enough now that Mrs. McConnell, Jane, could no longer work.

Mr. McConnell, Michael, got stationed out in LA and that hit the family pretty hard because they had all been born and raised in Boston. But somehow they made it work.

Michael's brother, Charlie, lived out in LA so he offered to help with the move. He helped them find a house near him in case of emergencies, gave Jess a job at his diner, Uncle Charlie's, and help enroll the kids in school.

Although Will did not have to move to California with his family he felt as though he needed to. And he couldn't let his mother go to California without him knowing she could possibly die. That is where he met his fiancé Meredith.

Evan is attending UCLA to become a history and math teacher for middle school children. Jess and Evan are very close, which may result in some problems with Evan leaving for school.

Jess is in her senior year at Loyola high. Meaning next year she will be off to college. She is considering college back at home in Boston to become a photographer. But that means leaving her mother. Jess and her mother are also very close. Ever since her mother got cancer she always stayed by her side.

Jacob is in his junior year of high school at Loyola as well. He would like to pursue a career in hockey. He has been playing hockey since he could walk practically. Jacob has been on the high schools varsity hockey team three years in a row.

Kyle is starting his freshmen year at Loyola also. He would also like to pursue a career in hockey. Kyle started playing hockey at about five or six years old. Kyle will also be on the varsity hockey team.

Sara and Sean are beginning the seventh grade. Sarah says that when she is older she wants to be a veteranarian just like her mother. Sean says he would like to be a football player or a hockey player.

Mrs. McConnell, before she got diagnosed with breast cancer was a full time veteranarian. She had to retire rom her job early because of the cancer.

Mr. McConnell was a teacher at the high school Jess, Jacob, and Kyle attend but resigned to join the army for money to pay hospital bills. He is currently serving overseas in Afghanistan.

This isn't the first chapter. This is just explaining/ describing the McConnell's. If you haven't guessed already this story is going to be revolving around the third oldest, Jess McConnell and the second youngest Ross Lynch. i really hope you guys enjoy this book!
