Problems

April walks out of the classroom, heading towards her locker through the sea of people doing the same to get to lunch quickly. She opens her locker and puts her textbook away as she slams the door she accidently makes contact with him and surprisingly he starts heading towards her. Her eyes widen as he gets closer and she quickly turns the other way and starts walking until someone grabs her arm.

"Hey, can we talk?" Zion asks.

"What's there to talk about, you left me for my fucking sister! Stay away from me Caleb." She screams, eyes watering. She looks around to see everyone staring at them. She felt a tug on her other arm to see Clara trying to get her out of the situation and she runs with her into the closest bathroom.

"Who does he think her is?" Clara exclaims, leaning over the sink. Tears flood out of the girl's eyes as she thinks about the boy. Clara notices her friend's grief and pulls her into a hug.

"Let's go to lunch, okay?" April nods, wiping away the rogue tears.

The girls sit down in their usual seats, Clara eating a bag of Doritos, April on her phone. Unfortunately, she turns around at the wrong time to see her sister with her popular, yet very bitchy, friends.

"So are you excited for the dance- Oh hey April, I heard what happened earlier. No hard feelings right, great see you at home!" Her sister sneers, her clique giggling behind her. April feels her eyes start to water, she's always been the sensitive type. The girls walk away as April puts her head in her hands trying to hold back the tears that were threatening to fall out.

"Maybe we should just skip and go to my house?" April nods, and the two swiftly grab their backpacks and exit the school and make their way to Clara's home.
