Meeting Charlie

~~~🍎Bella's Pov🍎~~~
The next day we walked in the house holding hands with smiles on our faces. Emmett was the first to notice we were back. "Break a lot of stuff?" He asked wearing a knowing smirk on his face. "Emmett, no." Edward said in a warning type of voice, I looked around and soon noticed that my daughter's weren't here. "Where's Rosie and Renesmee?" I asked still looking around. "Blondie and Pixie got them." Said Jake who was looking out the window at something.

A few seconds later in walked Alice holding Renesmee and Rosalie holding Rosie. I walked up to Rosalie and took Rosemary from her while Edward got Renesmee. That's when the phone ringed and my eyes instantly went to it. I knew who it was before even asking. "Is that Charlie." "Yes he's been calling about you." I closed my eyes trying to imagine how worried and hurt he must be feeling. "He needs time to grieve Bella."

I know he does but he's still my dad, and I may never have said it often but I love him. In away Charlie was my best friend too, sure we may have been awkward around each other, but that's just how our relationship worked. I knew deep down that he loves me a lot, he just didn't know how to show me. I opened my eyes after feeling this overwhelming sense of calm being thrown at me.

I looked at Jasper and sent him a thank you smile, he just gave me a curt nod in return. Now that I think about it, Jasper is the only one in this family who I'm not that close with. Plus we barely talked to each other. Anyway our conversation about Charlie continues until we mentioned leaving Forks. "Wait, your leaving!" "Yes after we say that Bella is dead, it would be too risky for anyone to see her." Explained Carlisle.

Jake shot up from his spot on the couch and was clearly not happy. He then went out the door slamming it behind him, he's probably going to cool down. (That's what you think wait to you see what I'm gonna make him do😏)

~~~🐾Jake's Pov🐾~~~
I pulled up to Charlie's house and asked if I could speak to him. We walked into the back yard so I could put my plan in action. "Ok Jake, what's going on, you and the Cullens seem to be hiding secrets and my daughter." Charlie stated with his hands on his hips. I've never seen him like this before, it's kinda scary, but looks like I have to deal with this. "Look Charlie, in order to save Bella she had to change."

"I don't care I just want to see my daughter, which is what I'm going to do." He turned his back on me and started to walk away. "Wait! I have to show you something." He stopped but turned around anyway. He had this look on his face that was screaming 'Well, I'm waiting'. That's when I started to take my clothes off, my face screaming embarrassment. "Jake, put your clothes back on." Charlie said with a roll of his eyes.

That's when I shifted, right in front of him. He got so scared he jumped and fell on his back. I gave him a wolfish grin and walked up to him. "And here I thought those stories Billy and Harry told me were just stories." He said in complete shock.

"You did what!" I shouted at my so called best friend. "I told him the truth." "Are you crazy, the Volturi kill anyone who knows about us!" Jacob sighed while putting his hands up in defense. "Calm down, I only told him about me. I didn't say anything about you all." "Still didn't you even think about the affect it will have on Bella, it's like sticking a red hot fire poker down her throat!" Shouted Edward, who was bouncing the girls in his arms to keep them distracted.

The twins weren't even paying attention to us, they were playing Pattie cake. "I did this so you guys wouldn't have to leave." "You did this for no one but yourself!" Now that made Jake shut up, soon we started practicing for me to look more human. "Try to walk across the room." "Like this." I tried walking but I vampire speed into a chair. "Maybe a tad bit slower." Carlisle said with a smile on his face. "Move your shoulders up and down to make it look like your breathing." "Don't sit up so strait, humans don't do that."

Alice walked over to me with brown contacts, "These might bother your eyes at first." She put them in my eyes and I instantly started blinking. After they felt fine I stopped, "Blink a few times every minute." I started to blinking but rapidly, which is when we heard my dad's cruiser pull up and him get out. Edward went into the other room which is where we put the girls. And that's when they let Charlie in.

I went up the stairs and that's when I saw Bella. But she looked different, way too much different. Her hair was darker, her skin was paler, and she looked more beautiful than before. "Hi dad." She said breaking me from my thoughts her voice sounds like actual bells. "Bells, how are you." "As healthy as a horse."

"Your not going to turn into a giant dog are you?" "No, she wishes she were that awesome." Jake said confidently. We started arguing with each other, Bella keeping her cool, me wanting answers. Which is when my son in law showed up."Charlie." That's when me and Bella looked over at him to see two gorgeous baby girls. Bella got up and walked over to him taking the one that looked strangely more like her but with green eyes, into her arms.

"Dad, this is Renesmee and Rosemary." "Your nieces." "Our daughter's." Edward corrected me. "Right, the adoption." I looked at the one in Edwards arms, she had bronze hair and a face like Edward but eyes like Bella, she was quite pretty. "This one has your eyes Bella." She looked at her other adopted daughter and smiled a small smile. I looked at the one in her arms, this one smiled brightly at me. She had dark brown hair and soft green eyes, her face was mostly like Bella's.

"This one looks more like you Bells." She and everyone else, even Rosie's sister smiled at this. "I'm guessing she gets her eyes from your side Edward?" I asked still not sure. "Yes, she gets them from my birth mother." I looked at the two twins again and started to notice what makes the twins. They both are a mixture of Bella and Edward, which is strange. "Renesmee and Rosemary." I said trying out the names.

"Well, I better get going. I guess I'll see you later Nessie and Rosie." Bella let out a annoyed sigh. "Not you too with this whole 'Nessie' thing." She said with a roll of her eyes. "What do you mean?" "Her name's like Renee and Esme put together and her middle name is Carlie, for Carlisle and Charlie." She said smiling at me. "Thanks Bella." After that I left.
