We ran out of the arena as Justin Bieber's Confident music video played on the big screen. We were leaving the concert early, due to the fact that Lexie's mom had a late shift and wouldn't be able to take us home if we stayed longer.
"I want to kill my mom" says Lexie, grabbing my hand to make me move faster.
"Who was playing next?" I ask, not really interested.
"One Direction! I've been a fangirl over them for about 4 years now, and I'm missing it." She frowns, picking up heer speed even more.
We run out of the arena, feeling the sudden coolness of the Californian night.
"I'm just happy to lea-" My words are cut off by Lexie as she covers my mouth with her hand.
A loud squeal escapes her lips and she quickly brings out her camera, taking a picture in the darkness. A second later, I see what made her freak out; 4 tall boys walking across the street.

"Thank you so much for the pictures!" Lexie squeaks, her eyes red from crying.
"No problem, babe. Thanks for liking us. I don't even like us." A blond broad shouldered boy smiles.
Lexie giggles and for a second there's an awkward silence.
"Would you like a picture too love?" The dark haired one asks, looking directly into my dark eyes.
"Me?" I let out a small laugh. "No thanks. I'm not really a fan."
Lexie elbows me, signaling that I was being rude. For her sake, I lighten the frown on my face, putting on a fake smile.
"What I meant was sure. I'd love a picture." I take out my phone and unlock my phone, preparing to take a picture that in 5 minutes time would be deleted from my golden iPhone.
The crazy haired boy sticks his tongue out as i snap the photo. When I look at the picture, I smile, realizing that it was kind of cute actually.
If I keep the picture it doesn't mean I'm a fan, right?
I decide on keeping the picture, before moving on to the tall blonde boy, Luke.
We quickly snap the picture before, I moved on to Ashton, and then Calum.
For some reason, Calums picture was really difficult to make happen. At first, I planned to just pose as I did with the other 3 boys, but it didn't go so smoothly.
"Make a funny face" Lexie suggests, obviously over the same smile that I produced for every photo.
"Yeah. I'm in if you are." Calum smiles, taking my phone from me and stretching his long arm to take the selfie.
"1,2,3!" Calum says, causally throwing on an ugly smile.
"Ew no, I hate it." I say as I look at the hideous picture that sat before my eyes.
"Do you want to retake it?" He asks, reaching for my phone.
This time, we try another goofy picture, with Calums tongue out and my face in a funny pose.
"I hate it." I say once again, frowning and getting ticked off.
"Maybe once more. We can try-" Calums sentence was cut off by screams, and girls running over towards the boys.
"Are you going to the KIIS 102.7 FM radio party tomorrow?" Calum asks, already being covered in 13 year olds and iPhones. "We could take the picture there if you are."
"Yeah." I nod, already turning away and walking towards Lexie.
We reach the car and pass where the boys were as we head towards home.
The last thing I see of Calum's smile, as he reaches over and takes another girls phone.
