Faith's POV

*Wednesday*

Beep beep beep

"I'm up." I groaned to myself. I looked at my alarm clock '6:15'

"Ugh. School." I jumped out of my bed and got into the shower...
After I got out I blow dried my hair and picked out an outfit after I checked the weather.

I decided to wear my new black high waisted pants, pink crop top that said 'Embrace your messy hair', black vans, then I put my hair into a bun on the too of my head.

I rushed downstairs and grabbed a poptart and my backpack before walking out the door.

I walked until I reached Matt's house and knocked on his door

"Hey!" he said

"Ugh.." I said taking a bite of my poptart

"Someone's excited for school!" he pinched my cheek

"Is this how your going to be now that your seventeen?"

"What?" I said WAIT!! MY BIRTHDAY IS TODAY WHAT THE CRAP!!!

"You forgot your own birthday." he laughed "Happy birthday babe." he planted a small kiss on my lips

We got to school a little early so we could get to our classes and shit...

Me being me I was the first in class

"Good morning Faith! and happy birthday!" Latin teacher Ms. Haley smiled

"Good morning! and thank you!" I smiled back

"Ok class now before you go just want to give you guys assignments..." she said

"You will being doing a research paper 100 words a paragraph." she walked around the room handing everyone a list of things she wants to see on the paper

I looked at the paper

My subject is Archimedes...

It has to be 100 each paragraph, she wants five paragraphs, and its due Friday...

"Well you guys have-" she got cut off by the shrill sound of the bell

Lunch

"Hey guys!" I said setting my tray of unappetizing food down

"Hey!" Brittany said munching on her pretzels

I took a bite of my salad and it was ok.

"Happy birthday!" Brent said sitting next to me.

"Thanks!"

"Oh my god! happy birthday! damn it. I was hoping id be the first to say it.."she pouted

"I was the first to say it! suck on that." Matt smiled proudly

"You guys better stop. Or else I will hurt you." I warned them

"Oh no you've made the birthday queen mad!" Brent teased ,I smacked his arm

"Ouch." he rubbed his arm.

We all met at our usual spot after school..

"So are you doing anything special for your birthday?" Brent asked

He's so dumb sometimes I swear.

"Yeah dummy remember last night?"

"Oh yeah... last night." he said wriggled his eyebrows

"You perv. Anyways... do you guys wanna come over and have cake?" I asked

They all nodded and we walked back to my place

"Mom!" I yelled as we walked inside

"Hey there sweetie happy birthday!!" she said handing me some envelopes

"Oh yay!" I squealed and we went to the living room

I got 50$ from my aunt, 20$ from my grandma, and 10$ from our neighbor

I mentally said thank you.

"Oh and dad and I got you a special present!" mom said

My dad walked in "hey everyone!" he winked at them

I turned my head to see them wink back

Is there some secret?

"C'mon." Brittany grabbed my wrist

Matt covered my eyes and Brent took my hands

"Ok now open them."

They released me and my eyes almost fell out when I saw a neon green jeep..

I screamed "THANK YOU SO MUCH!"

My dad handed me the keys

"Just make sure to be safe." he said

"I will. Ok crew lets roll." I smirked and we all got into the jeep, my jeep

This is the best birthday ever!

"Where to?"

"Tropical smoothie?" Brittany said

"TROPICAL SMOOTHIE!" Brent and Matt screamed together

"Ok..." I said

We got into the tropical smoothie and I prayed to God that that creepy dude wasn't working and I swear I'm cursed because as soon as we walked in he was there

I mean he's not creepy he has nice eyes but he is kind of a perv

"Shit." Brittany muttered under her breath

"Hey guys!" he smiled

I felt really awkward

Brittany's POV

The awkwardness is fucking real

"What do you want?" Faith said after she ordered for Matt, Brent, and herself.

"Uhhhhh. can I get a beach bum." I said

"Would you like white chocolate or dark chocolate?" he asked

"Uh." I swear I'm dying "Dark."

As soon as our smoothies were done Faith and I grabbed our smoothies and ran for our lives out the door

"What was that all about?" Matt asked

Faith and I laughed

"Long story." I laughed as we walked back to her car

"Ok... If anyone spills you owe me 100$... I mean it." Faith gives the boys deadly glares

"Why aren't you glaring at Britt?" Brent pouted

"Because, she's my bestie and I know she won't spill duh."

I turned around and stuck my tongue out at them.
