*the day before Christmas Eve*

*knock knock*

"Who the hell is at our door at 6 in the morning." Carter groaned

"Shh... just go back to slee-" the knocking got louder

"Ugh!" I threw the blankets off of me leaving carter to sleep

I stomped to the door

"Brittany I swear to god if this is about how much you hate Maggie again please wait until later when it's not 6 in the-" I swung the door open revealing four boys

"Surprise!" they all cheered

"What the fuck? Why are you guys here?" I said

"We just flew here from London on a twelve hour flight and this is what we get?" Calum said with fake hurt

"Shit..." I said under my breath "I didn't mean it like that! But why are you guys here?" I asked

"Because we thought we sent you the presents but we found them sitting in Michaels house..." Luke glared at Mikey

"So we thought 'Hell, we should just bring them to her, and that would be a nice surprise.' " Calum finished

I rolled my eyes "Ugh.. you guys are dorks... but I love you guys.." I narrowed my eyes "Come on in." I let them in

"Yayyy!" Ashton said

Carter sleepily walked into the room

"Who was that." he rubbed his eyes

"Uh... Babe.. These four boys are 5 Seconds Of Summer... That's Ashton, Calum, Luke, and the troll with the red hair is Mikey." I smiled

"Uh... okay..." He was so confused

I laughed and wrapped my arms around his neck "Go back to bed sleepy." I kissed him and he left

"Guys! Its the day before Christmas Eve! Are you guys going home tonight?"

"Uh... Well... now that I think about it were pretty stupid." Ashton said and literally looked like this 😁 emoji

I rolled my eyes

"Yes we're going home tonight!" Luke said

"Oh okaaaay!"

"Carter! Okay so now your awake and shit... these are the boys!"

"Hey." he said taking a sip from his coffee.

Brittany's POV

"Mom, Dad." I looked at them "I'm going to California for Christmas."

That started a huge argument... I told them I'm 18 and I'm done. I'm leaving as soon as I find an apartment.

"Cam." I cried a little

"Baby, what's wrong." concerned filled his voice

"I'm coming to California... Is it okay if I stay with you for a little?" I asked

"Of course! Whatever you need baby." he said

"Okay... I'm about about to board the plane now." I smiled

"Love you!" he said and hung up

I got to California and to Cams house

"Brittany!" he said wrapping his strong arms around me

"Cammy." I smiled into his chest

"Dose Faith or anyone else know your here?" He asked as we drove to Jamba Juice

"Shit! No!" I said

"What! they are going to be so worried!" he said

"Stoooop... let's just enjoy this right now." I said

"And?" Carter poked my cheek

"What do you want to do..." I gestured

"Oh... I thought you had an idea!" he laughed

"Maybe we could see if Brittany wants to come over..."

"I was thinking about cuddle time but whatever.." he smiled

"Cuddle time!" I said

I grabbed a blanket- because it was chilly in our un heated apartment- Carter picked me up then placed me on our bed before cuddling with me under the warm blankets

"I was thinking about paying for the heat, but this is better." He smirked

"Whatever!"

We tried to spoon but my stomach got in the way- Three more months. Three more...

"Brittany?" I said answering my phone waking from my nap

"Hey." She said

"What do you need... it's 9:30 pm.." I rubbed my eyes

"I'm in California it's 4:30."

My eyes widened in the darkness

"Your in California? Why!"

"Because I pretty much said screw it to my family and I'm going to Cali for Christmas..."

"Okay... Are you coming back home after Christmas break?" I asked

"I don't know... If I find an apartment out here I might stay.." she said

What?

"What about school?"

"Transfer or drop out.." she said

"Well.. I'm not going to get mad at you... It's your decision." I said and hung up and went back to sleep.
