Brittany's POV

Matt told me to meet him at tropical smoothie he need to tell me something "important".

"Brittany I got to tell you something really important but please don't tell anyone! not even Faith." Matt said seriously

"Ok." I said worried

"I'm moving to Nevada." he said with a sad expression

"What? Are you really..." I started to tear up

"No no! Im staying until the end of the summer..." he said

"Why?"

"Because my dad got a job there."

I felt sick...
Matt is one of my best friends... Matt, Brent, and Faith are my best friends.
This will crush Faith.

"When are you going to tell?"

"I don't know... My mom said when Im nineteen I can move out."

"Wait but your an adult when your eighteen..." I said confused

"Yeah but I'm still her 'baby'.."

"Haha. When I'm eighteen I'm leaving!"

I turned my phone on and plugged it into my car stereo. I pressed shuffle and anaconda started playing but I turned it because, it reminded me if Faith..

Faith's POV

*A few days later*

"Hey bitch... why are you ignoring me?... Call me back pleeeeeease... k love chu.... bai..." I said ending my tenth voicemail to Brittany.

I haven't talked to Brent either...

We haven't hung out for three days, that's a long time for us four. well I see Matt almost everyday

The past few days she's been ignoring me... I don't know why...

I hope she's not mad at me!

I dialed Matt's number

"Hey Babe." he said

"Hi."

"What's wrong?" he asked

"Brittany has been ignoring me and I don't know why.."

He didn't say anything for a minute

"Oh... I don't know.." he said but I felt like he was lying

"Oh okay." I said "we'll I got to go now.."

"Love you!" he said and hung up

That was so awkward..

"MOOOOM! I SHALL BE BACK!" I said

"Where are you going?" she asked

"I need to talk to Brittany and Matt. Brittany's been ignoring me. and I feel like Matt is hiding something from me." I frowned

"Um." she panicked a little "I was going to ask if you wanted to go to the movies or spa!" she said

"Oh... Umm... I guess I could use a pedicure..." I half smiled

"Great! lets roll." we got into the van.

We got back home, finally!

when I'm at the nail salon I feel like the ladies are always talking about me.. I don't understand what they are saying...

I still really need to talk to Brittany and Matt.

Brittany's POV

I turned my phone on

Shit! 10 voicemails from Faith and a text. I feel so bad because I've been ignoring her..

I really hate it because if I saw her I'd cry because she doesn't know..

Brent's in Florida and he doesn't know yet either.

To Matt:

Matt you REALLY need to tell her.

From Matt:

I am I'm going to invite her over today... :'(

Faith's POV

From Matt:

To Matt:

Yeah be there in a sec :*

I slid my flip flops on and walked out the door

I opened the door to his house

"Hey." I said sitting next to him on the couch

"Hey." he looked sad

"What's wrong?" I frowned

"I have some really bad news..this is really really hard for me.." his lips quivered "Im moving to Nevada. my dad got a job there..."

His dad is always out a lot for work.I gasped and tears pricked my eyes.

"My mom said I can move back if I want when I'm nineteen so its only a year.. I'm moving before school starts."

I let the tears stream.. a year doesn't seem like that long but a lot can happen.

"I-I, I don't know what to say.. you've lived here all your life and now your just leaving?"

Oh my god this is why Brittany and my mom have been avoiding everything I say...

"I have to go." I said and got up

"Wait.. I love you..." he said as I closed the door I ran home which was hard because my eyes were all blurry

I can't believe this.

I've known Brittany, Matt, and Brent for pretty much all my life.. I love Matt with all my heart and this is going to be really hard for me.. Matt is one of the people I can just walk to their house and talk to them and eat food that I find in the fridge... Matt knows what's wrong when I have a problem.

"I'm so sorry." my mom said opening the door wrapping her arms around me

"You knew too?" I cried

"Yes..." she rubbed my back
