"Buba!" I yell as I come back in from starting the car. "5 minuets till we have to go"

"Otay mommy!" He yells from the living room as he speeds to pick up all his blocks. "Where ARE we going momma?" He says after we get situated in the car.

"Well. WE, have a doctor's appointment", I say and he grunts.

"You know", he starts, suddenly big, "you don't have to hide these things from me. I'm a little but I'm still an adult..."

Him saying that kinda shocked me. All the littles I've had before didn't mind this arrangement. I've always made the appointments, and didnt say anything because most of them hated the doctors. 
"I'm sorry E, I didn't think it would be a problem."

"It's not. I just... You dont have to hide these plans from me, and tell me we are doing something else. Because i was excited to go hang out with that other little and her daddy. Now I'm just slupped."

"Hey. Just because I with held the information of where all we were going doesn't mean I lied to you about what we are doing. I said we'd meet them at noon, its 9:30 in the morning. We are still going but first we need to go to the doctor's. "

"Ok" he says and then its silent for a few minuets before he says, "I love you mommy"

"I love you too baby boy" I say and set my hand on his thigh, earning a tiny smile from him.

This whole appoinment was to make sure he's in tip top shape. And I had a hunch it would have an sti screening in it, which it did. And God am i glad this doctor knew about littles, because as soon as E showed nervousness for the tests he was going to get the doctor was quick to comfort and bring me in so the tests would go as plans. They took a urine sample, and a blood sample for testing. But there was still one screening he had to go threw and it was probably the most painful.

"Alright, i just need to check down here one more time, then you can go home, ok?" And Eeli just nods with his super red cheeks, "this will be easier if I have some help aince youre a little. Do you want me to bring in a nurse or have your mommy help?" The doctor asks while grabbing some things.

"Uh, no nurse." He says and looks at me.
The doctor has me sit a little bit behind my baby boy and has him lay back with his head on my shoulder. Then he has me put my hands underneith E's knees and hold his legs up and open wide. The paper gown fell away as soon as his legs were lifted and as soon as the gown was gone the doctor was there, grabed E's penis firmly and slips a long a-tip in his urethra, (pee hole). Poor baby. He looks like hes in pain but hes refusing to make any sounds.

"All done." The doctor says as he pulls off each of his gloves. You will get a call on the tests, and i am going to go get the paper work for this visit, i will be like 10 minuets. Eeli, you did so good and you look healthy, here you can pick a sticker" so E does and the doctor walks out.

He's silent after the doctor leaves and when I get up to get him dressed i ask whats wrong. "Nuffin momma" he says and looks away.

"Don't you lie to me Eeli. I can see it in your face that something's wrong. Now tell me" and I was about to be mad when stayed quiet. But as I pulled of that paper gown his pink cheeks turned red and I found his little problem. "Aw baby, no need to be emmbarressed it happens all the time here."

"Momma?" He starts as he lays back on the exam table, "which one am I using now?"

"I was thinking diaper. We didnt bring any underpants for you love."

"So... I has to wear a diaper at the person's house?!"

"Dont worry baby. She wears diapers too. You guys will have more fun without having yo worry about getting to the potty!" I try to say something to get him to like that idea but he just blushes and lets me put on the diaper.

Another 10 minuets went by then we were outta there and headed to that play date. Its with Axel, a daddy I met threw work and his little, Rose. Ive baby sat a few times for them in the past.

By the time we get there E is sleeping soundly and Axel meets me at my car.

"Rose is still down for a nap.. andddd it looks like your new little bug is too." He chuckles, "do you want me to carry him in? Rose is in her crib and her bigger bed is open so i can lay him in there?"

" yeah sure, he will probably wake up but I dont know because weve had an eventful morning. If he does, just rock a little, he should just go right back to sleep without noticing im not the one holding him. I'll go start making those cabob snakes we were talking about ok?"

Alright, he says and picks him up out of the car and starts for the house.
