At a warehouse somewhere at Yokohama just after a long car trip, the two kidnappers who failed to capture Yumiko stood in front of their boss and began to apologize for their failure in Hiroshima. "Saying sorry doesn't exactly fix your little problem, does it? what do you think will that idiot driver say to the police about what happened back there!?" Their boss angrily shouted at them and cursed in Filipino, their native language. "How are we going to explain this to our buyer? You gambled her into a card game and lost!?" the boss then shouted at them once more before settling down, "Ikatlong buwan (three months)...ikatlong buwan and the two of you just happen to screw things up...and then our three million yen in Hiroshima suddenly slips away..." he mumbled as he looked away before looking at his men. "Gwardiya! (Guards!)...do put these idiotas to rest...permanently." the boss ordered two of his enforcers to take the two men away to be executed before heading off to take a look at two Lexus LF-A race cars painted in metallic crimson red, "how is our team doing?" he asked the man attending to one of the cars. "Doing fine, sir. We should be ready for our first season." the man answered to him, "That's good, it's all according to plan." The boss said before walking away, leaving the man to one of the cars in the warehouse.
On the way back from Hiroshima, Alwyn and Ichiro made a brief stop at a service station where they discuss what happened during the race. "What exactly happened to you on the way to that race? You brought a cute girl with you and there was a van chasing us." Ichiro asked the Welshman in curiosity, "I don't even know, i saw the girl getting grabbed by the two lads in the van and i did what i thought was right." Alwyn answered. "Two men? driving a Toyota Hi-Ace? What did they look like?" Ichiro asked, wanting to dig deeper into the situation. "Well they're dark-skinned, they don't sound Japanese and they really know a way to grope a lady properly." Alwyn described the two kidnappers who tried to apprehend Yumiko, "That doesn't sound good, Alwyn. I can tell that you're talking about the Filipino slave traders that they keep talking about." Ichiro assumed, he is however right. "Those guys? Last time i ran into them, they held up the traffic for bloody hours." Alwyn replied. "They're not just known for that, i heard they'll sell local schoolgirls to the right wing elites from where they came." Ichiro said to him, "Why else do we keep hearing about missing schoolgirls popping about on the news?" Alwyn asked. "You shouldn't mess with these guys, Alwyn. I heard they're even worse than the Yakuza." Ichiro advised the Welshman, "Yeah yeah..." Alwyn said as he nodded his head slightly. After a few more minutes of rest, the two finally got back in their cars and drove off back home.
The next week, the third and final race for the Donington Japan Sunday Cup was about to take place in the streets of Shibuya in Tokyo. All six racers were finally getting ready to discover who will be the two to race for the team in the upcoming Super GT season. "You're gonna make a good sidekick if you make it out of this with me" The Welshman said to his Japanese acquaintance, "Very funny saying that to the man who's gonna come out in front." Ichiro replied as he got his gloves ready. The two chuckled it off and climbed into their cars as they along with four others line up at the starting grid, this was Alwyn's moment. If he and Ichiro makes it out on the top 2, they'll be proper teammates for the Super GT season. As security tightens up in response to the intrusion of the Hi-Ace back in Hiroshima and Nigel Sharpe watching the starting line through the windows, the final race is about to begin. A traffic light shown in front of the racers began to count down and then the green light came up, prompting the racers to launch ahead. It was going to be a tight race despite that they would have a lot of breathing room in the crossings but this is something that even an amateur driver can handle. The race went on for several laps and then as they close in on the final lap, an accident has occurred. It was a Silvia placing 5th tailing the Fairlady which was 4th, two cars ended up rolling and it caused the safety car to roll out, the safety car being a Nissan GTR R35 Police Interceptor lent to the team by the local constabulary. Once the mess was finally cleaned up, it was already over. Alwyn's Kenmeri Skyline has crossed the line first, Ichiro's Lancer finishing second and the rest were history. The two drivers that first found each other as rivals then eventually becoming friends have officially made it to the Super GT series under the Donington Motorsports banner, they later on met Nigel Sharpe at the winner's stage and shook hands with him and the rest of the team who then welcomed them as one of their own. On the following evening, Alwyn and Ichiro met up at a local restaurant where they decided to celebrate their victory. "Congratulations, Ichiro. You're about to be my sidekick for the Super GT series." the Welshman said as he raised his glass, "And congratulations to you, Alwyn. We'll no longer have to taunt each other, eh?" Ichiro imitated them as they made a toast with their glasses of iced tea to their victory in the Sunday Cup. With all of it now out of the way, waiting for the next season became their next challenge.
