(Y/N)'s pov
It was the weekend, I just got out of school. I know splatoon is childish, but it's so addicting and fun! I went to my room and turned on my switch, and started playing splatoon 2. I played a few games, went to the stores to find I already bought everything. I went to talk to Callie and Marie, Marie said to use my sub weapon more, even when I used it 24 times. Callie said I should use the splat dualies. I look at the clock. 11:23?! Alredy?! I turn off my switch, and get ready for bed.

I open my eyes and see I'm somewhere different. Where am I? I look around, I'm not in my room anymore. Inkopolis?! This can't be happening. I look at myself, I'm my inkling, but differant. More... me I guess. Wait, if I'm in splatoon, then the manga characters might be here, right? I see a crowd of inklings and I thought it might be goggles or emperor, turns out it was the whole team emperor! I think I walked up too close, everyone stared at me, and the crowd left.
"..."
Emperor POV
Why did the crowd leave? Where did they go? Oh... theres an inkling who thought they could get close. But, she is pretty cute, I'll try and talk to her.
"What are you doing?" I asked
"I-I dont know...I'm new here, I havent even played a single turf war or r-ranked," She says "oh! My names Y/N, by the way." "Well... I guess I could help with that, follow me." I say. I dont know what I'm doing. Why train a random inkling who doesn't know how to play? Maybe because she's cute...
(Y/N)s pov
How did I get so lucky? I get to hang out with emperor! I think... he's taking me to the training place while the others head somewhere else. "So... what weapon should I use?" Right when I say that he hands me a pair of enperry dualies. "Try to shoot it at the balloons. Use the trigger to shoot, and squid form to refill your ink tank." To my surprise, I'm actually pretty good. "Wow, I actually did something!" I look at emperor as he just stand there probably waiting for me to practise more. He starts talking about other techniques to ink and splat people, but I didnt listen. I just stared at him nodding my head. "So how about you try that on the balloon?" He said. "O-oh sorry I w-wasnt listening I'm r-really sorry-" he shakes his head, smiling? "Its ok," he walks up to me and hugs me!? I'm sooo lucky. But why? "I'll let you figure it out by your self." He kisses me on the forehead and leaves the training place. I open my eyes, I'm back in my bed, and I'm not an inkling. "That was a dream!?"I yell.
