just a filler. (a shitty one at that)

"You're a freshman?" Woojin asked gently, flashing Jeongin a charming smile. The younger felt a bit better under the older boys reassuring gaze. Woojin, Chan's friend, was very welcoming.
Jeongin nodded a bit. "I'm 13."
"What are you into, Jeongin?" Woojin smiled, taking a sip of his water.
"Well... I like taking pictures," Jeongin said thoughtfully, beginning to unpack his lunch.
"Oh," Chan chipped in, "My friend Jisung likes taking pictures too. He's a really good photographer. Maybe we could introduce you two to each other some time. He's not too much older than you are.."
Jeongin was snapped back into reality by the chaos surrounding him in the room. Felix was laid back, his body jerking unnaturally and his eyes rolling back slightly.
"Fuck.. fuck.. fuck.." Minho started cursing.
Changbin was grabbing Felix's hand, squeezing it in a pathetic attempt of getting the boys attention.
"Hey, Lix, look at me," Changbin begged desperately, trying to calm the boy down but to no avail.
Hyunjin and Jisung were busy trying to burst open the safe in the corner of the room, hoping maybe something inside would be able to help Felix. The mentioned boy was slipping away, starting to cough violently. Blood began to run from his nose.
"It won't fucking open!" Hyunjin yelled, kicking it harder.
Seungmin opened the book and ripped Felix's envelope open. Just as he'd expected.. there was no truth or dare option. Only a single letter folded up and labelled, "transiet". Obviously not knowing Latin, he ignored it and unfolded it quickly.
"The day of sins and the day of betrayal.." Seungmin mumbled as he read. It seemed like mere gibberish, and even he couldn't wrap his head around it.
"What the fuck is a day of sins?" Seungmin said helplessly, pulling at his hair.
"I don't know.. Friday the 13th?" Jisung sighed, still kicking at the safe.
"How many digits does the lock have?"
Hyunjin checked. "..seven."
Jeongin had eventually made his way over to Felix, finally getting enough courage to try and comfort him. He held his hand tightly, sniffling slightly. The younger boy pulled his sleeve down a bit and wiped away the blood that had made its way from his best friends nose.
"Put in 613.." Seungmin sighed, closing his eyes.
What the hell was a day of betrayal. The red haired boy chewed on his lip in thought. He didn't have much time left, and he didn't know how much longer Felix would last.
He tried thinking back to moments from school where they'd learned about anything that could relate to that, when it hit him.
It might've been incorrect, but it had to be worth a shot, right?
"6130315," Seungmin said, ripping up the letter.
Hyunjin quickly put in the numbers, and the safe door swung open. March 15th was the day Ceaser was stabbed and betrayed by one of his closest friends. It didn't make sense, but Seungmin was slowly starting to piece it together. He realized with a start that only one other person present had studied Roman history. But no.. it couldn't be him.. Could it?
"Guys, we have a problem."
Jisung was holding up a letter that had been inside of the vault.
"Read it," Changbin said hurriedly, squeezing Felix's hand a bit more.
"Inside here you will find 3 bottles of 3 drastically different substances. Felix Lee has been poisoned. It will have taken about 2 hours for the effects to set in, and it will be 4 minutes before it completely shuts down his body."
"Does it say what the substances are?" Seungmin walked over quickly.
"The antidote, bleach, and.. acid.." Jisung read off, voice shaking slightly.
"Well fuck.. t-they all look the same.." Hyunjin put the bottles on top of the safe.
Seungmin surveyed the bottles, examining them closely. He assumed that smelling them would be against the rules, so he knew he would just have to trust his gut on this one.
"The one on the left," Seungmin said, looking at Felix.
"Why?" Changbin asked, raising a brow.
"Just a feeling i've got."
Hyunjin obeyed the younger and brought the bottle over to Felix. The boy was barely coherent, mumbling to himself. His body was slowly stopping the jerking, and they didn't know whether it was a good thing or a bad thing.
Changbin took the bottle and slowly raised it to Felix's lips, letting the clear liquid flow into his mouth.
"Swallow it.. swallow it.." Changbin muttered, stroking Felix's hair.
After a few painfully quiet seconds, Felix started to cough. He sat up, coughing into his elbow, his spit a mixture of red and brown.
"Lix," Jeongin said nervously. "You alright?"
Felix breathed heavily, before promptly passing out into Changbins arms.
"Will he be okay?" Jeongin frowned, a worried edge to his voice. He was scared, what would happen if someone drank acid? Surely it couldn't be a pretty sight.
Seungmin checked his pulse before slowly nodding. "He should be okay.. hes just sleepy.."
"I think we're all sleepy," Jisung mumbled, rubbing his eyes. He was exhausted from kicking at the safe.
"You really want to sleep?" Minho frowned. "With a killer in here?"
"I think he's right," Changbin said, stroking Felix's hair. "We're all exhausted.."
"We could keep watch," Jisung suggested, leaning on Hyunjin.
Seungmin nodded a bit. "That could work out.." he got up and walked to one corner of the room.
"Goodnight I guess," Jeongin mumbled, hugging his knees to his chest. He didn't think he'd be able to sleep. He would be in a very vulnerable state, and the killer could attack the youngest boy at any given moment if he let his guard down.
Across the room, Seungmin drifted into an uneasy sleep. He had only one thought on his mind.
Seungmin knew who had trapped them there.
