We all swam for a little bit then the others all got out to go get dressed and see when dinner was going to be ready. Me and Romeo stayed behind in the pool for a little bit longer. Romeo was sitting awkwardly at the end of the pool for some reason. So I decided to swim up to him and chat to him a for a little bit. I swam up to him and sat right next to him. "Hey" I said trying to get him to talk to me. "Hi" he said in a bit of a nervous voice. " So are you excited for the bonfire" I said trying to make a conversation. "Yeah I am what about you?" He said. "Yeah I'm stoked I get to hang out with all of you guys together" I said really excited. "Can I tell you something" Romeo said really nervously. "Sure" I said not really worrying about the tone of his voice to much. "Um....well...I...uh- you know what forget it's not really that important". He said losing complete faith in what he was just going to tell me. All of a sudden I felt really weird inside. Like I had to know what he wanted to say.

Out of no where I suddenly pulled myself onto his lap straddling him and said "Romeo, what is it". Suddenly his face turned bright red and he was trying to avoid eye contact. I turned his face and held it in my hands so he was looking directly into my eyes. Out of no where he leans in and kisses me on the lips. It wasnt like a peck or anything. It was soft and sweet. We kissed for about 10 seconds when I pulled away and said "wow" while still keeping eye contact with Romeo. "I'm sorry" he said thinking I didn't like the kiss. "Don't be sorry that was great" I said still straddling him. "Hey guys" Matilda said as I quickly threw myself backwards into the pool to make it look like me and Romeo didn't do what we just did. "Hey" I said resurfacing the water. "Dinner is almost ready so you guys might want to get changed" now she said turning around to head back into the house.

Romeo and I headed back inside to go get changed. Once we reached the top of the stairs I pulled Romeo into a closet and said "We can't tell anyone that just happened ok". "I was just about to tell you that actually" he said. "So just to be clear, your not mad at me for that" he said questioning himself. "Nah I'm not" I said laughing. "Well we better get out of this closet and get changed before anyone gets suspicious" he said. "Yup" and with that he went to the bathroom down the hall and I went to Tillys room to get changed. I was half way through getting dressed when Tilly popped in and said "So what happened with you and Romeo". "Jeez I could have been freaking naked Matilda" I said almost having a heart attack. "Haha but your not" she said not caring that I was in my bra and underwear. "Well you promise not to tell anyone....like ever" I said. "Promise" she said looking really interested and excited while sitting on the edge of her bed. "Well we were in the pool and then Romeo said he wanted to tell me something but he wouldn't. Blah blah blah. I sat on his lap and then he kissed me. End of story" I said while doing my pants up and throwing my crop on. "OMG THAT WAS YOUR FIRST KISS" Matilda said screamed while jumping on her bed. "Shut up before someone hears you" I said walking over to her mirror to fix my hair and put some deodorant on. "That is so freaking cute. How long did it last for? Is he a good kisser? Omg I can't believe this" she said all in one breath while finishing it with a squeal. "Chill, also it was like 10 seconds, I guess he is good I mean like I have never kissed some one before and relax" I said responding to her.

I finished getting ready and also getting Matilda to shut up. We yhrb went down stairs to eat dinner. Gordan cooked us some roast lamb and a salad on the side.

Time skip dinner

We went in the cars down the beach. I was in a small car with Tilly and Romeo while Meghan drove us. Matilda forced me and Romeo to sit next to each other not that he cared and wouldn't stop staring at us. I knew Romeo was going to know that I told her any minute now. Romeo whispered to me "she knows doesn't she" "Yup" I said back. "Hey meg can we play our own music back here if we shut the window" I said asking meg praying she would say yes. We weren't actually going to play music I wanted to talk to Matilda and Romeo privately. "Sure" meg said as we shut the window that was separating the front seat and the back seat. "Ok, Matilda stop staring at me and Romeo like that please". "But you guys... omg *squeal*" "shh" Romeo and I both said at the same time. "I also told Monty already" Romeo said telling me. "Its fine because as you already know I have obviously told Tilly" I said laughing.

Hey guys next chapter coming on the 3rd of February. I might write another book as well as this one, but who do you guys want it to be about. Romeo again or Cruz or idk tbh.
