The Leadership [Half Life Combine Story]

The Problems

You immediately begin to panic, your pod was being opened by some rebels and you haven't yet mastered your combat abilities so all you can do is hope that they don't manage to overpower you even in this weak state. The woman questions, "What the hell is this thing" Due to your newly opened pod you contact an Elite team telling them the situation and your floor number, room and to head there ASAP. But soon after the doors are sealed shut and the pod deactivated. This is relayed to the Elite team and they will have to detour to find some stalkers to force open the door with the terminals or cutting a hole into it. Either way you had to do something, thus you used what little power you knew how to use and made them levitate off the ground while trying to move one of them into a position to re-enable your pod and jettison your pod to set you free. This endeavor is halted by Rebel support shooting you and making you lose focus. But as a stroke of luck finally coming the rebels are stopped from killing you as the Elite squadron Overwatch Team Alpha [Authors note: I am trying to be lore friendly but i cant exactly do that with this story so you might see some non lore friendly things, please don't get mad at me for that though]. This team shoots the woman in the leg forcing the man to drag her away to cover. In the time it took for them to get into cover your pod is re-sealed and jettisoned out of the citadel and into the new location.
