37. Columbarium

Yerin woke up with the younger snuggling her head on her chest, still peacefully sleeping. Her breaths feeling hot as it reaches Yerin's body. Somehow, she found a way on how she comfortably placed their bodies on the small couch.

She let out soft chuckles as she saw Eunbi occasionally scrunching her nose or faintly mumbling something she couldn't understand. Sooner or after the younger finally woke up, but instead of a cheerful goodmorning, Yerin instantly changed her demeanor into a stern one saying, "Why are you here? I thought I said that I don't want  you to ever come near me."

But the latter just groaned, and so Yerin continued her strict disposition,
"Eunbi get off me now."

The younger didn't seemed to be bother by this, she just tightened her hug instead, "I love you too Unnie. I'm still sleepy, just let me sleep here for few more minutes." she mumbled, eyes are still close.

And being the soft-hearted person she is, especially for Eunbi, she eventually gave up on her I-must-look-serious-no-matter-what scheme.

Time flew by so fast without noticing that it's already 9:00 am, the two are still unaware of this, so they are still leisurely taking their time.

Eunbi volunteered to the the breakfast because she doesn't want another equipment on her kitchen to explode or worst case scenario, her kitchen might be on fire later if she lets Yerin took over.

Eunbi finish up preparing all the food in almost an instant, "Unnie! Breakfast is done!" she called out to Yerin as she carefully placed the dishes in the small table.

With the mention of the food, the older hastily got up from her seat and directly went to the dining table, "Woah~ you made all this?" she asked, mouth is dropped a bit as she saw the amount of food that are set in front of her.

"Yep," Eunbi removed her apron and shortly joined Yerin on the table, "C'mon before the foods turn cold."

"Ah yeah," she sat down without any questions and started to inhale all the foods, "Eun?" she called out as she delivers a new spoonful of rice to her mouth.

"Hmm?"

"I don't think I can accompany you after this until later at the afternoon, but don't worry I will show up to our date later."

"No worries unnie," Eunbi assured her, "Where are you going anyways?"

"I'll just visit my late father." she voiced out, continuing to eat her food, "It won't take long."

"Don't you want me to come with you?"

"No, it's okay Eun, I don't want you to get tired," she took a moment to breathe, "I will surely come later. That's a promise." she says as she lightly pat the younger's head, messing with her a bit.

"Oh well, promise is a promise."

Yerin went straightaway to a flower shop and get into a bus to visit her father. Inside the bus, there were a mid-30 man and a little girl sitting adjacent to hers, they were profusely sharing smiles to each other which reminded her of her father.

She was close to both of her parents but she's closest to her father, but sadly he passed away two years ago in his sleep. She must admit she misses him already. That's why she decided to pay him a visit today.

The bus finally reached her destination─ a columbarium. She got down still tightly clutching the small bouquet flowers that she brought earlier, and went inside the place.

"Hi dad," she smiled, "You know your daughter misses you a lot."

And just like that, memories of her with him suddenly started playing on her dull mind, it was beautiful yet painful. It was those memories that she wants to get back again and again.
