Ch 2

I started jogging deeper in to the forest feeling the vibrations around me. I tried going back to the town but got lost. Damn it. I hate being blind. I start to feel week from useing my power and running so much. Soon i could sense a house. I go up to it and knock on a wall to understand the lay out. I hear footsteps inside only one person living. I grab the knife that i put in my bag from the kitchen and slowly knocked on what i think is the front door. As soon as they open the door i swung my arm and a thud. Heartbeat slowly disappears and the vibration of blood droplets. I walk in the house and lock the door. I kick the floor mapping out every inch of the house. I go down a hallway to a bedroom. My head hit the pillow and I'm out like a light.
I wake to a loud crash jumping out of the bed knife in hand. I tap my food on the wooden floor and there is two people down the hall. I listen to their heartbeats and then their conversion."Man this dude is already dead. Someone beat us to it."someone with a low voice said."I can see that. But who? Search around they might still be here." Another person said. They both sounded male. I feel the vibration of footsteps coming towards me. Oh shit i got to get out of here or they'll kill me. I feel around for a window. I found one and opened it. As the door to the bedroom opened i leaped out the window on the the soft grass and started running again. Two heartbeats and two sets of footsteps behind me. My bag digging into my shoulders as someone grabbed it. I dropped the bag and ran. They can have it for all i care just clothes anyway. I kept running and avoided trees in my path suddenly i slamed into someone? They weren't there before how did they get there? As I'm in thought they grabbed me by the neck and lifted me off the ground But they didn't grab me with their hands it felt like a snake kind of. As I'm in the air i kept trying to get out. Im completely blind now i can't feel the vibrations. I hear the two now quick heartbeats catch up as im being strangled. I hold the thing strangling me and then i hear water near. It must be a river i consentrate as im losing air from my lungs. I can see the water in my head as i move it. I moved it over the three heartbeats and brought down and froze the water. I drop to the ground hitting my knees sending a pain through legs. I gasp for air my lungs burning my neck sore. I stand to my feet tapping my toes on the ground. Three people three heartbeats. A booming voice crackled in my head"who are you and what are you doing in my woods!?" I slap my hands to my ears trying not to yelp in pain. "Im y/n and i was looking for shelter." i say in a strained voice. I clutched my head as loud and painful static was in my ears and head. When my knees hit the ground the ice melt and i couldn't tell where they were anymore as the static messed with my head. I gritted my teeth and started to faint last thing i remember was my head hitting the ground.
I woke up with my hands tied with rope while i am laying on a bed on my side. I sit up and the first thing i do is tap my feet To get the lay out. I didnt hear any breathing or heartbeats so no one was around at the moment. The room was small there was the bed i was sitting on, a dresser, the door and closet a simple room nothing else.I took a deep breath as my hands heated up and the rope started to burn.Finally my hands are free. I was rubbing my hands when the door opened.  Damn it i was concentrating to much and forgot to listen for heartbeats. Shit im so stupid.
"Finally you are awake y/n." the voice said less aggressive and more calm then before."Why am i here and who are you?" i ask quietly. "I am slenderman. Your in my mansion because i say great strength in you considering your blind." slenderman said in a calm voice. I look in his direction asking" how did you know?" reaching up to my face to feel if i had my mask on. Touching the wooden mask on my face sighing in relief that it's there still." I know many things child. Like your parents and sister. I would like for you to be one of my proxies." "what is a poxy?" i ask with curiosity in my voice." They kill for me and in return i give shelter." " Ok that sounds fun." "great we shall go meet the rest of the proxies." "but can we not tell them im blind please?" i said in a sad tone "If that is what you wish child now lets go." slenderman said as he was leaving i follow the vibration of his footsteps while my feet make vibrations to map out the mansion so i know where im going. We go downstairs and there are a bunch of heartbeats and vibrations overwhelming my ears and head i know there are at least 6 people moving around in this room and its hurting my head. I take a deep breath and focuse on slendermans heartbeat while he stands next to me.
