Patrick laid in his perfectly made bed waiting for anything. There was a soft knock on the door. "Patrick? I have breakfast can I come in?" His grandma Sissy asked behind the door. Patrick said very softly yes. She opened the door and walked in with a tray of food and orange juice and tea. He placed it down on his lap. "Patrick, you didn't eat last night." She frowned at the full plate of food next to his bed. He shrugged and played with his food. "Patrick you need to eat."

"I'm not hungry." He said setting down his fork and sipped on the tea. She frowns.

"Well if your not hungry then your baby probably is. You need to feed I-"

"Don't y'all about it." Patrick says looking up. "I hate it. I fucking hate it! I don't want it Grandma, I'll never love it!" He cries. She sits next to her grandson and rubbed his back as he cried.

"I know it's hard to love someone you haven't even met yet, that's how I was with your Aunt Le-"

"It's not that, it just reminds me it's d-d-da... his." Patrick finished his speech and ate some of the food. "I hate my situation."

"I know you do baby, you have they group thing today okay? I'll wait in the waiting room for it to be done. If it gets too much you can text me and I'll get you from out of there."

Patrick nodded his head. "Okay grandma." She leaned down and kissed his forehead.
-
"Be safe back there, please!" Sissy said to her grandson.

"He'll be with me, he'll be good!" His therapist Leah said. Patrick smiled and pulled down his sleeve. "Did you?"

Patrick looks at the door they entered in, there were people. "I did I'm sorry... I was scared about today and the thing." She frowned at him.

"You we're doing so well. It's okay tho, we'll work on it soon okay?"

"Work on what soon?" Asked a man with curly hair. Patrick froze and noticed everyone was male besides Leah.

Patrick turned to her. "I- I cant do this, please don't make me-"

"Patrick," She lowered her voice so Patrick could only hear. "I'm here, no one will ever get to you again okay?"

"Pinky promise?" He said looking up at the taller woman. He held out his pinky, she pinky promised. Everyone was staring at them.

They took their seats. Patrick took off his sweatshirt but hid his arms the best he could and his bump, it wasn't that effective. "Okay everyone! You all know me but you don't know each other, let's go around in a circle and state your name and why you're here and some facts. Pete would you or your friend like to start?"

"Why not." Pete says standing up. "Hey I'm pete. In here for bi polar and alcohol. I play in a big rock band and I brought my cool friend Andy." He said then seated. Both him and his buddy were covered in tattoos.

Andy stood up. "Hello I'm Andy." Patrick giggled his voice. Leah looked over and smiled. It's been a while since she heard that sweet giggle. "I'm not here for any reason but I play drums! My sisters are triplets and... i don't know." He sat back down.

The curly hair man stood up. "Hello I'm joe-"

"Joesph are you high?" Leah asked.

"When am I not?" Joe laughed. Patrick kinda liked him. "Well I'm here to get sober from drugs, I'm very proud of my self for it as well!" He sat down. Leah looked at Patrick but he shook his head.

"Patrick? I'll stand with you okay?" Leah smiled. Patrick looked like he was on the verge of crying but he agreed with it. They both stood up.

"I'm p-Patrick. Umm..." he turned to leah. She smiled at him and encouraged him. "I'm like 20 and yeah. Im here for-" he paused. "Here for a lot actually."

"Tell them." Leah demanded. "I'll be here for you. It won't lead this group. You have a session right after this."

Patrick nodded. You could see their eyes on his arms and the small baby bump. "I'm here for self harm. Suicide, rape, PTSD... I'm getting a service dog soon, his name is Kingston..." he at beck down.

"Any questions for anyone?" Leah asked. Joe's hand shot up.

"Patrick, are you pregnant? Sorry if it comes off as rude but damn you're one fine ass pregnant man." Joe asked.

Patrick blushed. "I don't like the p word. I say situation- leah I cant do this!" Patrick got up and tugged on his sweatshirt. His shirt rose a little and it showed scars on his body and faded burns.

"I believe in you! If you get through this we can play name 5 today okay?" Leah tried to encourage him. He shook his head and grabbed his hair and started pulling at it. "Patrick don't do that it's not good for the ba-"

"I don't care what's good for it! I want it gone! It just reminds me of him!" Patrick yelled. Leah rolled her eyes and sat him back down. Patrick was stressed and terrified of this. "I don't want to be here, I want to go home."

Pete leaned back into his chair. "Let the kid go home, he's stressed and stuff." Andy didn't know how to react to the scene. Leah insists that Patrick was fine and they continued on with the session.
