Nandini got a call and hearing the caller she was shocked in a good way.

After keeping the call, Nandini called Manik. He picked up the call after a few rings.

"Hello, Nandini, are you okay? You called at this hour," asked Manik worriedly.

"Manik. I am okay. I want to give you a good news or I can say the best news," said Nandini excitedly.

Now Manik was also excited to know the news as Nandini gets excited so rarely.

M: Really? What is it, Nandini?

N: You know who had just called me? It's Harshad.

M (shocked and hurt): What?

N: Yes. He is alive. He is coming to India day after tomorrow. I am so happy.

Manik composing himself told that, "Congrats, Nandini."

N: Thank you. Bye. See you tomorrow at college.

M: Bye.

They hung up the call. A tear slipped from Manik's eye. He wiped that. He could not sleep the whole night.

Other side Nandini was also but not in pain due to excitement.

Two days leap
Today is the day when Harshad was coming to meet Nandini. But she was disturbed as after that neither Manik picked up her call nor he called her back. She was feeling that something is missing. She was not able to be happy with the news of Manik.

Nandini reached college and directly went to the staircase where Manik sits usually. She sighed in relief that he was there. Nandini ran to him and hugged him tightly. Manik was taken aback with he sudden hug.

Nandini broke the hug and asked Manik angrily, "What is wrong with you, Manik? I am calling you since 2 days and you are not picking up my call nor replying to my messages. You know, how much worried I was? Why are you behaving like this?"

Manik kept staring at her for sometime. Then replied irritatingly, "My mood was off. I was not feeling like talking to you nor I was willing to hear something."

Nandini was shocked hearing Manik as he never talked to her like that. He never shouted on anyone.

"Now you will talk to me like this? Are you upset with the news of Harshad? Aren't you happy," Nandini asked after thinking for sometime.

"No, I am not happy. I can't be happy. I would have have been happy if he had never come back," Manik said all this angrily without thinking anything.

Nandini was beyond shocked. She was unable to react as for her Manik was her first friend and her best friend.

"I can't be with a person whose thinking is like this. From when did you start thinking like this? I am going. I don't want to see your face again,"  Nandini told this directly to Manik but there was tears in her eyes which she was controlling with great difficulty.

Nandini turned back and started leaving when tears started flowing from her eyes. Manik also had tears in his eyes.

At night
Nandini had gone to pick Harshad from the airport. She should be happy that her love is back. But she was not able to be happy. After being away from Manik she was feeling like one part of her heart is missing.

Harshad came and hugged Nandini. She also hugged him back. But she was not getting the peace which she used to get when Manik was around. She used to feel safe around Manik. Now she is feeling awaked to be with Harshad.

But she composed herself and went back with Harshad. Harshad was a family friend so Nandini's father knew about them.

He was also happy seeing Harshad after long time. They were enjoying their time after so long.

V: Harshad, what's the matter? I am not understanding anything.

H (gulping down his saliva worriedly): Actually uncle Asian students had a conflict with Australian students. So, in the raid police arrested means I was in jail for w years. On that time a person was died as well named Harshad there so my friends thought that's me.

N: But didn't they check the dead body?

H: The face was totally destroyed. So, nobody could see the face.

V: Oh. But it's good that you are back. I will talk to Smaran's father tomorrow only and call of their wedding.

H: As you wish uncle.

V; I will also talk to your parents about your wedding with Nandini.

H: Okay, uncle.

All this while Nandini was quiet. She was not able to believe Harshad. She was feeling that he was hiding something from them. But she chuck the thought. When she heard about her wedding with Harahad she should be happy that she had always wanted that. Still she was not happy. She was missing Manik badly.  Manik has become her habit.

On the other side Manik was really sad as Nandini left him today. Cabir and Zubin came there. Seeing him in this condition, they were really shocked. Never in their life they had seen Manik so devastated. Manik told them everyone about Harshad to his encounter with Nandini. They had nothing to say to console him.

Cabir and Zubin after leaving from Manik's house went to a place. They were talking to some one about some really important matter.

Next morning Nandini got a call from some unknown number and hearing what the caller told made her collapsed on her place. Then she hung up the call and hurriedly check her mail. Harshad and Venkatesh was there as well. Seeing her condition they were also clues as what happened to her suddenly.
