During those few seconds when you are awake but don't open your eyes I automatically felt someone looking at me.
"Stop staring at me."
"You look peaceful sleeping, I couldn't help it." Stef replied.
"I'm leaving out in about an hour, I'll be back tomorrow morning ok?"
"Yea, do you have a gift bag for Arizona's stuff?"
"No, I forgot, I'll get one on the way." How could I forgot the gift bag?
"I got one for you because I saw you forgot, it's in my closet."
"This is why you're my best friend." I said getting up to hug her.
"I'm going to the skatepark with Mark actually right now but I wanted to make sure you were ok." Stef explains standing up.
"Oh you didn't have to."
"Well I wanted to, I love you and have fun."
"Bye, I love you too."
With that Stef was out the door. Arizona told me that her mom's dropped her little brother off and school and they went to work so Arizona and I would have the house to ourself from about 9:30 to 5. I got into the shower and threw on jean shorts and a black crop top. The weather was getting warmer and the sun was always shining.
Getting the bag and wrapping paper from Stef closest, I wrapped the record player and put everything else in the bag.
I grabbed my keys, my phone, and the bags and locked the dorm before leaving to get into my car.

"Have fun love, I let some money for you on my dresser." My mom, Callie said.
"Torneremo verso le cinque." We'll be back around 5.
"Bye moms." I said eager to get them out the door but not trying to hurt their feelings.
Once they left it was about another 30 minutes until I heard a knock on the door. I practically sprinted seeing my beautiful girlfriend through the peephole.
I opened the door and she fell into my arms, kissing all over my face.
"Happy birthday baby!" She yelled wrapping her arms around my neck.
"Thank you love." I replied.
"So what are we doing today?" Lena asked sitting down at the kitchen table.
"I have tons of movies for us to watch, and we can go out for lunch or really do whatever."
When I said that my dog started barking at the back door indicating that he wanted to go out.
"Come on let's go." Lena said grabbing my hand.
She unlocked the door and we sat in my fenced backyard playing with my dog. This is how I imagine Lena and I's future except maybe with some kids.
"Why are you staring at me like that baby?" Lena asked.
"I picture our future like this, us playing with a dog and kids." I admitted.
"I picture our future like this too."
We got inside and starting to plan our day. Lena wants to take me to this vintage music shop a few blocks away and also to a plant shop.
Lena wanted to take her car and when I got in there was a ton of stuff in the trunk.
"What's all that?" I ask.
