*Lena*

It's been about 4 hours since I got here and I already feel like I can tell Arizona anything and everything. We watched a movie and a few episodes of That's 70's Show.

I found out a lot of Arizona, way more than what I did 5 months ago.

"Where do your moms work?" I ask looking at the ceiling.

"A hospital."

"That's nice, do your parents work together?"

"April is an attending trauma surgeon and Cailee is the head of ortho."

"How did they meet? I'm probably being nosy but I love hearing about people's love stories." I hope she didn't mind me asking all these questions.

"They actually hated each other at first, they were in med school together."

"Isn't that always how good bonds form?"

"More or less, now tell me about your life I feel like I've been talking forever." She said sitting up.

"My life is pretty boring, I wake up, go to school, see my girlfriend's beautiful face, school ends, I might go to see you, sleep and repeat."

"Tell me something from your childhood."

"Um, there was this time where my big sister and I almost got hit by a train." I blurted out.

"Oh, well I guess you can tell me about that."

"We were coming home from school one day, we lived so close that our parents insisted that we walked, on an average day it took about 10 minutes. One day Lisa found a shortcut that took only 5 minutes and it was by a train track that was almost never used, until that day. So we got to it and Lisa heard something so she walked over the track and there the train came, I pulled her back as fast as I could but I could have lost her."
I breathed out. Feeling the tears coming, I could have lost her that day. "I told myself I wasn't gonna cry about this."

"It's ok, everyone cries, it's what makes us human."

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to ruin this with my sad memories I can leave if you want."

"I never said I wanted you to leave, I never want you to leave if it worked like that." She ran her fingers through my curly hair.

"Same here."

Right when I finished my sentence the front door opened and there came the rest of Arizona's family.

"Zona, siamo a casa." We're home.

We both got up and went downstairs.

"This cake is delicious." Alex said taking a bite into the marble cake.

"Thank you, Lena bought it." Arizona replies taking my hand.

"Oh hey Lena, it's nice to see you again." Cailee said kissing my forehead.

"It's nice to see you too." I replied.

We sat down at the table and Arizona's moms told us about a huge trauma they had today with a school bus that crashed with a truck.

"It was massive, this one kid had his legs going in two different directions, I love ortho." Cailee said smiling like a little kid on Christmas.

"Arizona, where did that come from?" April asked pointing to her record player on the living room table.

"This one got it for me." She replied winking at me.
