Shuri was coming down for the month from Wakanda. They were the iconic friends that everyone wanted.
They had met in private so they could surprise and confuse the Avengers. Since they didn't know that they've already met, it would definitely be a surprise to them.
"Peter! How did you defeat Captain America?" was the first thing Shuri said as the Earth's Heros were eating dinner.
Everyone was agreed to introduce themselves to the princess as they know the king (duh civil war) and were surprised when they found out that she already know Peter's name.
Everyone looked at Peter, who was smirking, "I shot him in ze legs because his shield is zee size of a dinner plate and he iz an idiot" Peter said in a perfect German accent. Shuri grinned with pride and smugness when the whole table erupted into laughter except from Steve who was so offended that he had his shield made bigger to help his ego.
