Cody wakes up from a harsh headache and his ears ringing with a little drops of blood. As he looked around; he sees Thomas's and frank are in the same state. However... Jon is super injured and lost a lot of blood. The package is safe and Cody starts attempting medical treatment on Jon.
(Cody) Thomas's... you go ahead and assist tanner and the others. Frank watch the package.
(Thomas's) yes sir!!!
Thomas's moves through the woods closing in on tanners position. He may have lost contact with tanners squad on the radio he still pushes to the loud cracks and whistles of flying bullets. All of a sudden he drops to the ground and starts crawling. There's a small squad to his left about 20 feet away and squad to his right about 30 feet away. He gets up close enough and pulls out a grenade.
(Thomas) pulls the pin and throws a grenade to his left and drops to cover.
(Loud boom and screaming)
The squad on the right was surprised and held there fire.
(Tanner) they stoped shooting fuck. Tayler pick up Jax and stay behind me and reap.
(Tayler) yes sir -picks up Jax-
Tanner and reap move fast with what's left In there weapons; they sparingly use it on the remaining enemies. As they moved they scared Thomas. Thomas drew his rifle but realized it was tanner.
As Thomas ran back to Cody to help take care of Jon. He grew more tired and scary. The conditions from this mission turned sour with heavy cold rain making there boots heavier thin there equipment. Tired, exhausted, scared. Two injured men and rifles all most out of bullets. They hurry back as fast as they can.
They made it to Cody.
(Tanner) what happened to Jon!!!
(Cody) an explosion, nocked me, Thomas's and frank out for a few minutes. I couldn't save him. Frank puts a hand on a his fallen brother, holding back tears. (Tanner) frank... put Jon on your back. He's going home to have a proper burial. Frank holders his weapon and picks up Jon's lifeless body.
(Cody) Jax... are you ok?
(Jax) yes sir. just won't be able to fight for a bit.
(Tanner) ok enough talking. Let's just get this bag of shit to the drop of and go home.
The two squads hike back on alert to the drop off. Tanner is being vary aggressive to the package. pushing and hitting him on the ground and screaming at him to get up.
A20 minutes go by and they made it to the drop off. As they morn there fallen brother and treat Jax's leg some more so there's no infection. They noticed the rain calms down to a soft soothing sound.... not as harsh as it was 5 minutes ago. As day turns to night... they hear a noise they have bin missing ever since they got to North Korea.
(Faint helicopter in the distance)
(Tanner) is that the....
(Cody) helicopter?
(Jax) yes!
The remaining solder stand admiring there saving grace; with tears slowly coming out looking at there fallen brother and the package.
The transport chopper arrives with the two pilots calling back to HQ expressing happiness that all brothers made it. Well... all most everyone.
Tanner and Cody sit in the middle seats. Jax is sitting in between the two pilots talking to them about what they went through. Tayler and reap were on the mounted guns. Frank and Thomas rest there hands on there fallen brother Jon.
As they fly away from the living hell they see an enemy helicopter closing in on them fast. an attack chopper. (Tanner) OPEN FIRE!!!
Everyone opened fire on the enemy helicopter; trying really hard to not let them get a shot out. Pilots start spinning the ass end around using flairs to stop any incoming missiles. The mounted guns over heated fast but they tried there best to use what bullets they had left to make up for the cool downed guns. One of the pilots pointed to tanner and the floor of the helicopter that was a hatch. Tanner quickly opened the hatch and pulled out a guided middle launcher. The pilots still spinning the ass end waited for a chance to stop so tanner can take a the shot.
Helicopters fighting to the death extremely hard; going in circles firing at one another. the men thought about one of there most intense battles and this one topped all of them. There in a big toaster just waiting to fall straight to the earth dying either before or win they hit the ground. The more they grew terrified the more determined they were to survive. So win the two brave pilots found there opining tanner screamed his war cry and fired the guided missile at the enemy chopper. Seeing nothing but red and the whites of the enemy's eyes.
The squad and pilots celebrated with hi fives and hell yeahs. They were alert for the rest of the flight home. They Finally let a breath escape there lips win they realized they were Finally back in US territory with there fallen brother and the package. Only to have to keep working. The war is not over yet they thought to them self's.
