Don't hate on someone and if you do, think about it and think of anything you might find ok about them. Then stop. Stop hating. Loving is so much harder than hating. You can be proud of you when you stopped.
(This goes out to all bullies: if you stop hating someone and start to actually care about yourself more, you are strong)
