Move out.

It's been 3 hours, but the young man is pretty sure that he has finally taught the 7 ghosts how to speak like nowadays.
"So how.. Who?" The young man did a thumbs down. "How..?" The ghost kept glancing over to the human, checking if he's doing it right. "How.. Are..? You thou! No... You..! Dong?" The man shook his head and looked down. "It's, how are you doIng." The young man was amused, this wasn't the morning he was expecting.
"So, Greed, do you think you get it?" Oliver looked hopeful. Greed was confused.
"What?" Was all the man got.

So after a few more hours of learning later...

"Do you guys think you guys know how to talk now?" They all nodded and Sloth yawned.
"Well now what?" Wrath said, he gestured to the entirety of the young man. "Is he going to... Stay here?" "I mean, if you're going to stay then you might wanna fix the house, this place is a safety hazard!" The man looked around the house. "Well, it was pretty cheap, only 2 thousand bucks." Everyone was shocked. "That's not much nowadays.." He quickly explained. Everyone calmed down.
"Wait.." The young man ran away back outside after successfully climbing out of the hole he was stuck in.
"Where's he going?" Said Gluttony with interest.
The young man grabbed something then ran back to the ghosts, it was his Phone, he checked his messages and mail and looked at the ghosts with some stress in his eyes.
"What is it buddy?" Asked Greed.
"Well, my planning failed, I planned the furniture to come in 3 days, leaving me enough time to clean this place up, but I also promised my mom to visit her tomorrow, and it's a long drive!" "I'll never be back or done in time for the furniture to be inside and safe!" All the sins looked at the stressed depressed and freaking out guy.
"Well first you need to calm down, or calm your breasts." "Tits." Gluttony corrected. "Right, whatever, calm your Tits Oliver." Lust was slightly annoyed.
The young man went bright beaming red and started to calm down.

After some time they had convinced Oliver to just go to his mother and that the sins would re-schedule the furniture to arrived a week later, luckily Pride wasn't listening because they weren't planning on canceling anything...

A few hours after Oliver left they started to clean the place, they started cleaning dust, they started to fill up holes in the floors, walls and roof, they started to paint the walls better colo(u)rs and replaced rotten wood with healthy, they did all of this with their surroundings and with the gaint treasure they own, down in the second basement. By the time the furniture came they had the whole house up and ready, they even managed to fix the broken bedrooms, and found another toilet. After a ton of work the sins finally got everything in the house, one of them asked what a "laptop" looked like to one of the drivers that brought the furniture in order to be able to recognize one and be able to research what every item is, does, and is good for.
After a few hours of struggling with Pride not giving up and Wrath rage quitting, they finally got everything done, they then all watched some didney worls movie classics together, and all tried their best not to do anything that would ruin the movie.
