Marinette's POV
I wake up..............late, again!I hate to admit this to my self but I'm really a lazy head girl, my personal maid had a hard time waking me up every morning.
They helped me dressed up for my breakfast with my parents today
When I got to the dining hall the food is already there and my parents are already there sitting and waiting for me
My mom looked at my direction and she smiled at me and I went to the table to join them
"Marinette sweety, don't tell me you waked up late this morning?" Asked mom
"You caught me" I said
"It's like it's every morning dear" Mom"darling be early in the morning, one of the rules of a princess is to" "Wake up early in the morning,I know,and it's always the word you say every morning" I finished dad's sentence
Mom,dad and I started eating our breakfast
I'm still wondering if I could go outside of the castle because I'm stuck here at the castle without any company and I'm not allowed to go outside this thing
Maybe I'm allowed now cause I'm already old enough to go outside,maybe I'll ask them about it, so here it goes I'm really nervous
"Um,mom,dad,can I ask you something?"
"Of course darling what is it?"dad asked
"Can I go outside?"I ask with nervousness in my voice
"Of course darling"dad
"Really?"I asked happily
"Of course darling you can go to our garden and pick some flowers"dad
"Its not what I meant"
"Oh,that, Marinette darling you can't go to the village"dad"but"
"Marinette Dupain-Cheng you will not go outside for the village"dad said angrily
"But I'm a princess I had a right to do the things I wanted"
"And I'm the king and your father and you will obey as I say, you will not go outside, we discussed about this young lady and I say you will not go outside!"dad
"Please understand us honey its for your safety, you know you have some special powers and everyone wants it, and we're just protecting you"mom said sweetly
"I--i understand,I'll just go inside my room"I said then walked away towards my room,heads down
This is a one of the disadvantage of having such a special power
I lay down on my bed crying not only because they didn't allow me from going outside it's because I'm afraid that my father will hate me from now on
