Chapter 2
"What the hell is Harry Styles doing in your living room?" Sean, who was standing across the room asked.
"It's also my living room." He said, revealing his bags behind him.
"Wait, you're the roommate?" Jocelyn asked, putting the two together.
"That I am. Are you my roommate?" He smirked as he smoothly eyed her up and down.
Jackson then stepped in front of Jocelyn with his hands crossing over his body, puffing his chest out to make him appear bigger.
"No, she's mine." He protectively said.
"So that means that the brunette is my roommate. Cool." He said looking back at Stella, disinterest on his face.
"Yup. Just your mystery girl who's trying to get famous off of you." Stella frustratedly sighed, assuming that his bored expression was due to him recognizing her.
"Wait, you're the girl who split the drink on me!" He clicked the two together.
"That would be me." She mocked him from earlier.
"Did Jeff do this? Is he paying you? Is he trying to pair us up for PR? This is exactly something Jeffrey would do." He continued to accuse Stella.
"I don't know Jeff and I've never met him. I'm not in for your money." Stella bit her lip, the rest of her guests looking back and forth between the two.
"Well then why am I your roommate?" Harry asked, an eyebrow raising as he did so.
"Coincidence." She shrugged, more confused as to why he was her roommate.
"This can't be a coincidence. Are you a fan that set this up or something?" He kept going on, feeling unsure about it all.
"At this point I wish I could say that I wasn't a fan. However, I didn't set this up. I'm just a college student who isn't rich enough to pay for an apartment by myself, so I had to get one to share. As far as I knew, my roommate was a girl named Harriet. Clearly that's not the case though. I was not expecting you to say the least so get over yourself." Stella angrily spoke before walking back into the kitchen to take the taco shells out of the oven which had started to beep, Sean following after her.
"What the he-" Sean opened his mouth to speak again only to be cut off by Stella.
"Not now, Sean." She looked over at him, not being able to handle everything that was going on.
"What just happened?" Sean rephrased what he had originally planned on saying in attempt to make the conversation smoother.
"Do you guys know which room is mine?" Harry looked between the couple.
They simply pointed to the right, watching as he picked up his stuff and walked out of their sight. A door slammed in the process, signaling that Harry had entered his room, making them all look at each other.
"Mystery girl?" Jocelyn continued to ask.
Sean looked over at Stella who was focusing on the food, noticing her closed off demeanor. He sighed and walked out of the kitchen, walking Jocelyn and Jackson to the couch to give Stella some alone time.
"Never mind mystery girl. How does she even know Harry in the first place?" Jackson asked
"Forget about her knowing Harry. Why did Harry get an apartment with a roommate?" Jocelyn asked, completely and utterly confused by a famous celebrity bunking with some stranger, none the less a broke college student. It's not even like the apartment was super nice either. It was just an average two bed, two bath apartment.
