"On the count of three I want you to push," the doctor says.
We were at the hospital. A few hours ago Elena asks water broke. I rushed her to the hospital so fast.
I can't believe I'm about to be a father, to twins. A boy and a girl.
"I could see the head," a nurse said.
"OK Elena, give me a big push," the doctor says.
Elena gives it her all then we were welcomed with a loud cry.
Elena sighs and looks at our baby boy.

He's so cute he kinda looks like me. He has my eyes.
I was cut off by Elena pushing. I almost forgot we were having twins.
Soon a loud cry feel our ears again.

Delanie Salvatore
She so adorable. I'm going to protect with my life. No boy will ever date you're too precious. She has Elena's eyes.
I looked at my soon to be wife and kissed the top of her head.
"You did great baby, I'm so proud of you" I say sitting next to her as she holds our baby girl in her hands while I hold our son.
I couldn't be more happier.

Elena POV
"Omg they are so cute"Caroline squeals when she enters the room.
"What are their names?" Bonnie asks.
"Dillan and Delanie Salvatore." Damon answers.
"That's pretty names,"my mom says
" Now can hold my niece," Caroline asks as she walked over to Jeremy who was still holding Delanie.
He gave her Delanie one last kiss before handing Delanie to Caroline.
Damon still haven't let go of Dillan. His been sitting on the chair beside whispering thing into his little ears.
I looked around the room staring at my family and smiled.
I couldn't be more happier.
