Chapter 27
Zalyina's POV
"God my head hurts" I mumbled while rubbing my forehead.
"Well drunky, it probably has something to do with the million shots of tequila you took last night" Anthony stated.
I turned my head to look at him. He was well rested back with his eyes still closed. The flight attendant popped up when she saw I was awake and grabbed me a water along with some aspirin.
"Thank you" I let out.
"My pleasure" she smiled.
I opened the little packet sticking both pills in my mouth and chugged down the whole bottle of water. I breathed out and rested my head back.
"How bad was I?"
"I rather not say" he mumbled.
"That bad huh?" I whined out.
"That bad" he repeated.
Sadly straight after the flight we had to go to school. We arrived at the landing where Tabashi was patiently waiting for us in the car. He brought us our school clothes and we got dressed in the jet bathroom. I looked in the mirror and splashed water in my face trying to rid of the droopiness. My hair was a curly mess and tangled. I tried running a hand through it but my hand got stuck instantly. I knew there was nothing I could do with the birds nest and just resorted to leaving it out after wetting it a little. My head was pounding and it was early. Too early.
We soon arrived to school a little later than usual. Everyone was already at their lockers getting their books. I jumped to the sound of everyone slamming their locker doors and clutched my head whispering ouch. Anthony chuckled but I didn't pay him no mind.
"I'll meet you in class, yeah" he said before turning away.
He didn't even let me say okay. I opened my locker and breathed out before putting my books I used for the weekend back in.
"One weekend away from me and my girlfriend turns into Diana Ross."
I turned around and gave Raymen the death look.
"What you consider a bad hair day, I consider beautiful" he said while placing his hands on my face. He tilted my head up kissing my lips ever so gently. His lips were so soft and I smiled to his touch. He pecked my nose and smiled.
"I missed you simba" he whispered.
I couldn't help but laugh. "I missed you too."
"How was your trip?" he asked.
I put my hands around his waist nestling my head on his chest. He wrapped his arms around me rubbing my back. I breathed in his smell and melted to his embrace.
"Tiring" I let out.
"Wanna ditch?"
I looked up at him. He was serious.
"I don't have my car" I mumbled.
"Babe you don't always need a car to get around" he stated.
"You're right I can call my limo" I said.
"I was talking about the bus."
"I don't like the bus" I pouted.
He looked down at me for a second before giving in.
We walked out the school yard and around the corner to the dunkin donuts. He held my hand the whole time rubbing the back of it with his thumb.
Anthony texted me asking where I was I answered him simply with a don't worry I'll see you at home.
