"Nicholas Grimshaw, a pleasure."

"Of course Tomlinson, wouldn't have missed it for the world," Nick said through gritted teeth and he roughly shoved Harry into a chair. He didn't understand why he was instructed the bring the young boy along.

"I see you have been enjoying my casinos," Louis commented as he took a long drag off the blunt between his fingers.

"You're running them nicely," Nick said starring at the spaghetti and wine that had just been placed in front of him and Harry. Both boys at the table noticed how Harry hungrily eyed the food. Louis figures he probably hasn't had a decent meal in awhile. He watches as the boy starts to devour the food before Nick raises his hand to stop him.

"It's okay, you can eat. Buon appetito," Louis said pushing Nick's hand down, "Alright Nicholas, let's cut the shit. You've been lurking around my casinos, why?"

"I um..."

"Spit it out!" Louis shouted but immediately regretted it when he saw Harry slightly flinch before returning to eating.

"I was sent to spy..."

"Good, glad you can finally admit what we both knew. You know Nicholas, I don't like informants," Louis said as he picked up the knife on the table and started to twirl it around.  "And I most definitely don't like that little 'business' that your family runs. So we have two options here, care to hear them?" Louis asked as his tone got increasingly darker.

"Uh, yes Mr.Tomlinson," Nick said practically shaking in his seat.

"Wonderful!" Louis said, clapping his hands together. "Option 1- You and your disgusting family of Grimshits will shut down your little ring and bring all your human trafficking victims to me by sundown on Sunday and you might live, or option 2-I'll slit your throat right here and right now and clean up your mess myself. So what will it be?" Louis asked rather pleasantly.

Harry looked at the man before him with wide eyes. First of all he was beautiful, but what Harry was most amazed about was how he could go from intimidating to calm in a matter of seconds.

"Option 1, I promise I won't disappoint Mr.Tomlinson," Nick said quickly standing up and grabbing Harry's arm. Suddenly a knife flew threw the air and landed directly in the wall right next to Nick's head. Louis was now standing up and looked furious.

"Did I say we were finished Nicholas?"

"I-uh, no sir."

"Come sit again," Louis said walking over to the two men. This time he placed a hand onto Harry's back, making him shudder, as he guided them to their chairs. "I didn't ask you to bring Mr. Harry Styles for no reason. I have some questions for him."

And for the first time that night, Harry looked up and made direct eye contact with Louis. Icy blue eyes meeting forest green ones. And for the first time since Louis had first seen the boy, he heard him speak.

"Me? Sir, I can assure I have no part. I-"

"I believe you Harry. I just have a few questions for you, nothing to worry about," Louis said. And for the first time in the past three months Harry felt cared about and felt as if he could really trust the man sitting in front of him. Unlike the one to his left. "So, how did you come to meet our good friend Nicholas here?"

Harry hesitated and looked to Nick, scared of what he would do to him if he told the truth. So Harry said what he had been trained to say.

"I met Nick at a cafe one day, he was in line in front of me. He payed for my coffee, we hit it off and went on a few dates," Harry repeated like a robot. He heard Louis tsk, he knew he didn't believe his lie.

"I really don't like liars Harry, so I'm going to ask you again and answer me honestly-how did you meet Nicholas?"

"Hedruggedmeatabarandkidnappedme," Harry said rather quickly and slurred together but Louis was able to understand the terrified boy. His blood began to boil and he had to resist the urge to kill Nick right here and right now. He noticed Nick shifting uncomfortably in his chair, knowing that Harry was about to spill all his secrets.

"Harry why don't you come sit on this side with me, yeah?" Louis asked and all Harry could do was nod his head, tears forming in his eyes. "That will be all for today, Mr. Grimshaw. Harry is going to stay with me and you can leave now. Remember Sunday at sundown," Louis said pointedly and watched as Grimshit stood and started towards the door. "Oh, one more thing. I really wouldn't try to do anything other than what I've instructed you Nicholas. I've got eyes everywhere and you do not want to cross me!"

Nick nodded and swiftly left with a few of Louis' soldiers trailing behind him to ensure he didn't try anything. Louis turned around to the sweet boy sitting next to him and it broke his heart to think of Nick hurting him. Bloody hell, think of anyone hurting him. Louis wanted to pull the boy into a hug and protect him for forever but realized it probably wasn't the moment for that. Suddenly once he was alone with Harry, he became a ball of nerves.

"I uh never properly introduced myself, I'm Louis Tomlinson," Louis said as he stuck his hand out for Harry to shake. And then it happened, Harry laughed. It was the most beautiful laugh Louis had ever heard.

"Ahahah, of course I know who you are," Harry said as he shook Louis' hand. "Why so formal?" Harry asked with a cheeky smirk.

"I um, really don't know," Louis said as he wiped his sweaty palms on his pants. "Shall we get going back to my place? I'm sure you've had some rough times and want a nice hot shower and comfy bed."

"Oh yes, thank you!" Harry said nodding enthusiastically. Louis helped Harry up and guided him out of the lounge with a hand on his back.

The car ride to Louis' house was relatively silent besides Louis asking Harry if he was comfortable or if he wanted to listen to music. And occasionally Harry would comment about the pretty Vegas strip lights. Soon enough they had arrived at Louis' mansion and Harry was led inside and up to a room on the second floor.

"This will be your room for the time being, there is a connected bathroom and some clothes in the closet. Feel free to use those. We'll talk in the morning," Louis said and started to leave the room.

"Mr. Tomlinson wait!" Harry shouted and Louis quickly whipped his body around. "Thank you and goodnight," Harry said quietly with a small smile on his face.

"G'night Harry and please call me Louis," he said as he exited the room once more, smiling to himself because of the boy on the other side of the door.
