*Niall's POV*
Elena's head turned towards the door.
"Hey guys!" Elena yelled.
She looked so happy to see us. Louis gave her the teddy bear, Liam gave her the balloon ans Zayn handed her the flowers.
"Aw thanks guys!" Elena says.
"No problem." Liam smiled.
"I second that." Zayn exclaims
"Mmmhmmmm." Louis hummed. He alwasy managed to make me laugh.
"I like bananas," Harry randomly said.
We all just burst out laughing.
"How are you feeling?" I ask elena.
"Tired and sleepy and weak." Elena said.
A nurse walks back in.
"Visting hours are over." The nurse says and walks back out.
"Aw I'm gonna miss you Elena!" Harry says.
"By Ellie!" Liam says and gave Elena a hug.
Zayn and Louis waved goodbye.
"Niall we'll be in the waiting room whenever you're ready." Liam says and walks out with the rest of the boys.
I walk over beside Eena's bed and she grabs my hand.
"I am so glad you are alright.' I say and get lost in her brown eyes.
"Me too Niall." Elena leans into me and puts her head on my shoulder. I move and lay beside her. She grabs my hand again and we just lay there staring at the ceiling.
"Visting hours are over sir! Please leave!" That nurse said. She stood there and watched me leave. I kissed Elena goodbye. Her eyes said it all. They were silent cries for help. It was so hard for me to leave. I walk back to the waiting room.
"That bitchy nurse made me leave." I told the boys.
"Come on Niall, let's go home." Zayn tells me.
*Elena/Standard POV*
I didn't want Niall to leave. I wanted him to stay forever. The hospital room was so lonely. I wasn't sharing a room with anyone so there was no one to talk to. I don't have my laptop or my phone so I'm extremely bored. I look over at the door and i see a shadow stop in front of my door. I look at the door handle and it's moving back and forth. Someone is trying to break I'm. Good thing the door is locked.
"El. ELENA!" A fimalular voice whispered. I KNow that voice.
"Niall?" I questioned.
"Yes hello. Open the door!" He whisper shouted.
"I can't! I'm hooked up to every machine known to man. Pick the lock or something!" I try to whisper but i talk loud.
"Do you have one of those things you put in your hair? like to hold it?" Niall asks.
"A bobby pin?" I giggled.
"Yeah one of those!"
i take one out of my hair and throw it underneath the door.
Niall picks it up and starts picking the lock for 5 minutes straight.
The door opens.
"Niall!" I whipser fairly loudly.
"Elena!" He says back in the same tone and walks over to me and strokes my hair. I grab his hand and intertwine his fingers with mine.
"How did you manage to get in here?" I ask.
"I snuck in to see you! It was pretty hard but I did it!" Niall says. I move over on the bed so there is enough rom for both of us.
"Well I'm glad you did. I was so sad that nurse made you leave." I say and motion him to come sit next to me.
Niall hops onto the bed and lays beside me. he puts his arm around me and i put my head on his chest.
"Niall?" I ask and get no response.
He must of fallen asleep. That was fast. I should sleep too.
*Elena/Standard POV*
I wake up to find Niall not sleeping next to me anymore.
"Niall?" I shout and get no reply.
Where could he have possibly have gone? What if someone saw me with him last night!
I heard a knock but not like the same sound that you would make when you knock on a door. I heard it again and it was getting closer from what I could hear.
Then, I hear an actual knock on my door and it opens. My nusre walk in and smiles at me. I am so happy to see her. She walks over to my IV and swtiches the needles.
"Do you know where my boyfriend went?" I ask.
"What does he look like?" She asked giving me a weird look.
"He has blonde hair and blue eyes, not the tallest and he has an Irish accent." I explain.
Her eyes light up. "I think I know who your talking about! He nearly ate our whole food supply at the food court yesterday. Want me to get him for your?" She stated.
I nodded my head yes.
"Ok be right back." She said leaving the room.
A few moments later, the nurse came back with Niall.
"Niall!" I screamed.
"Elena!" He screamed back in the same tone and walked over to my hospital bed.
"When can she go?" Niall asked.
THe nurse looked down at her clipboard.
"Se can go today at 3." The nurse said.
"Ok thanks!" Niall said happily.
The nurse walked out of my room.
"Are you excited!" Niall asked me.
"Of course! I finaly get to go home! What time is it?" i asked.
"12:30" Niall blankly said.
"Three more hoursss?" I whined.
"Do you want me to wait with you?" Niall asked.
"I would love that."
He climbed on the bed with me an we watched spongebob for the next 3 hours
