When Amelia woke up the next day, she looked around in confusion. This was not where she had fallen asleep. Derek must have come home and moved her to her room. She was silently grateful, her neck probably would have hurt if she had slept all night on the small sofa.

The dark-haired girl spent a minute in bed, just relaxing before she sat up. She got out of bed and headed towards the conjoining bathroom to shower and get ready for school.

About thirty minutes later, Lia exited the bathroom, her wavy hair slightly damp, and she was wearing a small amount of blush and mascara. The girl walked over to her dresser, looking through the drawers for a minute before pulling out a dark blue shirt with two black arrows crisscrossing on it, a clean pair of plain white socks, a pair of black leggings, her dad's old army-style jacket, and her signature military hat to change into.

After changing and brushing through her hair, the chimera left her room with her skateboard tucked under her left arm.

She smiled at her cousin who was sitting at the table eating before walking over to the fridge. She never had time to eat at home in the mornings on school days, so she grabbed an apple that she threw carelessly into her yellow bookbag for lunch and a container of Greek vanilla yogurt for breakfast. She grabbed a plastic, disposable spoon from the cabinet, before looking over at her cousin again. "Love you, and I'll see you after school."

She dropped her skateboard down onto the ground and pushed open the huge loft door as Derek called back: "I love you too, Lia."

Smiling to herself, she pushed her hair away from her face and jumped onto the skateboard, her feet turned sideways for balance.

Faith woke up the next morning when the sun shone on her face. She buried her face in her pillow, groaning. She did get up eventually and slipped out of bed. She walked over to her closet and opened the door. She pulled out a pair of jeans, a black undershirt, and flannel before closing the door to her closet and made her way over to her drawers. Opening one, Faith pulled out a bra, underwear, and a pair of socks.

She set her clean clothes down on her bed and began to strip out of her pajamas. She put on her clean underwear then her jeans, she put on her bra then put on deodorant before putting her undershirt on. Once she got her undershirt on, she put on her red flannel over it. Sitting on her bed, Faith put on her socks before getting off the bed and picked up her backpack. She left her room and walked downstairs into the kitchen.

Faith hung up her backpack on the back of her chair before walking to the front door to put on her shoes. She walked back into the kitchen and sat down after picking up the familiar brown paper bag that had her lunch in it. She ate the breakfast Dean had made before leaving with the oldest Winchester to school.

When Dean pulled up to the school he looked at Faith, "Hey, just make it through the day. I don't care about your grades okay? I just want you to feel normal. Focused on getting through the day without accidentally letting your powers slip or what you are become known okay?" he asked the girl.

"Okay Dean, I will." Faith agrees. She stepped out of the Impala and shut the door only to lean down to look through the window. "Bye Dean, see you after school"

"Bye kiddo. Good luck and don't let that girl get to you okay?" Dean said.

Faith nodded her head before waving goodbye to the oldest Winchester and turned to walk into the school. She walked up the steps, opening the door, and began to walk down the hallway to her locker.

Amelia had already put her books and skateboard into her locker and gotten out her Geometry homework and textbook when she saw Faith walking down the hall. Derek had warned her to stay away from the girl and so had some of Scott's pack, but at the moment she didn't care. She felt her veins fill with adrenaline as she walked quickly towards the girl. "Faith, wait!"
