It was a usual Thursday evening for Millie walking home after her long and tiresome shift at her lame job selling muffins to obnoxious ladies and bratty children. And as usual Millie took the little less quicker but savoury way home.
Yes she did realise that some weird shit went down in these alleys but she didn't care. It was better than having to spend 30 minutes walking down some fancy street, well kinda. But even if there was another quick way Millie really didn't care. Yes there is always the fact a crazy druggy could jump out and kill her or a drunk guy could make a very big mistake but bad things happen everywhere you go so why should she be more afraid of here? Anyway if someone did mess with her they would be sorry because after 7 hours of watching 7 year olds destroy the coffee shop while there parents where on their phones she was ready to snap.
As Millie slowly walked through the alley she started to hear footsteps; here is where your average girl would scream and run in her ridiculously high heals and end up getting kidnapped but Millie wasn't your average girl. Instead of running in heals she turned around in her converse knockoffs and said to what seemed to just be darkness
"listen shithead before try to sneak up on a girl again try to 1. Make it a girl who doesn't know how to break a neck and 2. Wear freaking shows that don't make that much noise. Now if you would kindly piss of and leave me alone"
Then millie just span her heals and began walking again. Until a hand touched her shoulder. She really thought that her little talk would of put any maniac of. But it didn't. Shit!

Millie's pov
I could feel a large hand on my shoulder. Now don't get me wrong I wasn't scared of the hand itself but of what maniac the hand belonged to.
"What do you think you're doing? Get you hand off me before I make you wish your parents hadn't ever met!"
I quite sassily spat at whoever or whatever was touching me.
"Hey calm down there hot pants! I just wanted to let you know how unsafe it is for a pretty little thing like you to walk down an alley alone at night. Or are you literally crazy?" He smirked turning me around - well I'm guessing he was smirking, considering the lighting.
"Well I am quite certain I am old enough to look after my self and don't need perverts who follow young girls in alleyways to tell me. Now if you excuse me i have to go home and shower to get the smell of muffins, coffee and freak off me" I replied turning around to continue walking.
"Ooh feisty! Oh if only sweetheart! I may not try to kill you but I will be escorting you home. Okay?Who am I kidding I don't need to ask." He chirped grabbing my arms.
What a little dipshit.
Well at least he's not trying to break my bones
I have a strange feeling this boy might end up breaking something else of mine though.
--------------------------------------
"Calum huh? Pathetic name for a pathetic boy. So what do you do then Calum"
Probably something douchey like a band.
"Umm I'm Calum Hood" he awkwardly replied.
"Umm yeah I heard you. I asked what you do? Apart from walking in dark alleys of course!" what the hell is wrong with this boy?
"Oh so you don't know who I am?"
I think he actually must be stupid.
"Well duh"
"Oh well I'm in a band"
Haha I was right
" Oh right. I was supposed to know this why?"
"Oh um where kinda big we are currently touring with One Direction"
How sad
"Right. Well um thanks Calum for walking me this far but i don't wanna show you where I live so I'm just gonna you know go. Have fun with that band thing though." I awkwardly say fastening my speed so that I could get away.
"Aren't you gonna tell me your name?" he asked almost sad
"Nope! Cya" I yell off in the distance

Sorry if that was bad :/ but at least I tried! I'm gonna update soon so please like!
