Zeke Leason
I never thought that Skye could look so beautiful, sexy but innocent at the same and she could really pull off the look. Her outfit showed just enough skin for her to not look like a nun, I am so lucky to be going out on a date with the girl sat next to me.
Realising we were at the restaurant I paid the driver and hopped out, being the chivalrous gentleman that I am- I almost skipped around the car and opened Skye's door.
"Oh so chivalry isn't dead." Skye smirked up at me as she stepped out of the car, one foot at a time. I mean I do try when I want to but I dont act like a gentleman all the time.
"Indeed it isn't." I smirked back, taking hold of her hand and waltzing through the doors.
This place is so luxurious and thanks to my brother Jamie was I able to get a reservation on such short notice. The walls are tall and painted a dark royal red, with velvet white and gold curtains framing the many windows.
"You would never believe how hard it was for me to book this place." I sigh, peering down at Skye. I thought it was strange how comfortable she looked in this place.
"Oh trust me, I know." She giggles slightly as we come upon the podium to book ourselves in.
There was a girl with fiery red hair and deep brown eyes, dressed in her uniform. As she spotted us coming towards her, her gaze flew over my attire and Skye's- her eyes lighting up at her person. I mean surely my outfit isn't that out of place right? I mean I'm wearing some khakis and a nice long sleeve shirt; rolled up at the sleeves. I think I fit in perfectly with the crowd of men- who are also wearing roughly the same outfit.
"Skye!" the girl screamed in joy, interrupting a few peoples meals and chatter around us. "Sorry!"
I have a puzzled look on my face as we approach the girl that seems to know my date. "You know her?" I question quietly.
"Yes" she whispers back. "Sascha!". The two girls wrap arms around each other.
"You aren't supposed to be here until next week. Did you mix up the dates?" the girl I now know as Sascha says.
"Did I miss something?"
"Oh, I passed my interview to work here but I dont start until next week." Skye shrugs. Did she just act nonchalant about this whole ordeal? Its really hard to get a job here, wait what would she work as anyway? A chef, a waitress, bar maid, cleaner... just what?
"Wait you work here now?" I scoff in disbelief, "No way, you're not skilled enough."
"Jeez do you know how to put down a girls self-esteem." The red haired girl comments, "Anyway. You made a reservation right? What was it booked under?"
"Yeah. It should be under Leason."
She taps a few times on the screen and finds my name and table.
"Table for two... okay. Follow me."
I was hoping for a perfect setting, you know. Like one out on the patio with the amazing view with small twinkling fairy lights. But not everything can go to plan or as I wished because we were parked right in-front of the stage. Why the stage of all places? Being put here means I wont even be able to have a proper conversation with the music overlapping our every word.
I sigh deeply, about to complain about the place we were put but Skye beats me to it.
"Thank you Sascha." She smiles politely, I thought she would have complained but obviously not.
"You're welcome. But could you also do me a favour? You're timing is perfect and one of our acts is going to be late. Could you do something?" Sascha replies with a troubled look.
