imagine a clock and draw a pentacle with red pen on your left hand then place it on your forehead then say:
Sands of time show me thy way
Turn the nights into days
Rose petals so light and grace speed up time
Now in this place.
(I also do this without the pen bit, I've actually have never used the pen bit.)
