WARNING: This chapter is a lime (yay!) and it's gonna be terrible... sorry!
I get home after having to deal with Mina attempting to convince me that Katsuki likes me. I sigh, stretching slightly as I flop down onto the couch, putting in a random movie. I stare at the screen. I stand up, walking into my kitchen. I stare at the cabinets, the sounds of the movie dulled slightly.
I gulp, feeling cold... feeling empty... I slowly lift my hand, looking at the knife block. I'm... just... making... food... My mind feels sluggish.
The loud ping of my phone makes me jump, the dull world suddenly gaining color again, the sluggishness dissipating. I quickly go back to the couch, grabbing my phone.
Kit-Kat: Hey.
The single blunt word somehow has me almost smiling. Almost.
[Y/N]: Hey, good fight...
[Y/N]: Kit-Kat.
Kit-Kat: I thought I told you to stop calling me that.
[Y/N]: You did, but I decided to not listen!
I grab a blanket, snuggling up. Somehow, the banter is calming...
Eventually, we end up talking about what we're doing, and he complains about his mother... I can't up but laugh at it.
[Y/N]: She sounds a lot like you honestly!
Kit-Kat: Psh. No way.
I can almost imagine him growling it.
[Y/N]: If you're really that pissed off, you could come over to my place. Maybe being able to have me hit you instead of her might help!
Kit-Kat: As if you could lay a hand on me!
[Y/N]: If I recall, I landed PLENTY when we fought today!
Kit-Kat: Only 'cause I let you.
[Y/N]: SUUUUUURRRREEEE.
Kit-Kat: I'm only coming to kick your ass!
[Y/N]: Mm-kay!
I send him my address and apartment number, and make a hot chocolate while I wait. It's only then that I realize I haven't changed out of my school clothes. I groan in annoyance, changing into sweatpants and a tank top. I go back to my spot on the couch, sipping on the hot chocolate while snuggling back into the warm blanket.
A few minutes later, and someone bangs loudly on my door. I set my hot chocolate down on the coffee table, meandering to the front door. Geez, how long is he gonna bang on my door?! I swing open the door, shooting Katsuki a small glare. He shoves his hands into his pockets, looking vaguely thug-ish. I shift to the side,
"Come on in Kit-Kat!" I smile brightly at him.
"Don't call me that," he growls, shoving past me.
"Sit," I add, pointing to the couch, He huffs, but sits down. On the floor. I chuckle slightly at his small attempt to rebel. I flop back down on the couch, tugging the blanket firmly around my shoulders, I click onto Netflix, "What movie do you wanna watch?" I ask calmly, grabbing my hot chocolate to sip at. He glares up at me, I just smile, tilting my head.
"When did you get your quirk?" he growls softly. I stay silent for a moment.
"Remember when I left around two years ago?" I ask calmly.
"Yeah," he snaps, crossing his arms.
"Well, around a month or so after I left, I got my quirk," I tell him with a shrug. "Guess I was a late bloomer..." I tell him with a small chuckle. I take a small sip of my hot chocolate.
