Ellie's POV.

I woke up feeling a cool patch on my back.

"WAKE UP ROOMMATE."I heard a familiar voice shout in my ear.

I clenched my jaw in anger and snapped my eyes open to see my roommate leaning over me holding an empty bottle of water in his hand in a pouring motion ontop of me.

That's when i found out what was going on...

"YOU JERK!"I screamed flying up from my bed and glaring at him.

He smirked and ran over to the other end of the room.

"I didn't mean to,it was an accident."He said placing a puppy pout on his face.

"How could pouring a bottle of water on me be an accident?!"I screeched grabbing the nearest thing to me,which was a pillow and running after him.

"Woaahh a pillow how scary."He said sarcasm dripping like venom from his mouth.

By now i could tell that my face looked like someone had poked me in the eye consistantly.

I started to whack him with it at every chance i got then at the perfect point i got a better idea and smirked.

He looked confused,but immediantly shocked when i hugged him.

I started to hold onto him tight even though it annoyed me so i could have my revenge.

"How dare you?!"He screached trying to wipe his top over and over again.

I laughed and stepped away giving him a mischevious look "Revenge is a female dog."

He huffed and started to dry his top giving me enough time to get over to my side of the room.

But before i could go grab a top to get changed into a loud bang on the dorm door made me and my roommate jump.

I strolled over to the door,not caring that i could feel his eyes staring into me.

I unlocked the door and it burst open.

"People are trying to sleep here."An american accent spoke.

I looked up from the floor which i had fallen to when the door burst open to see a girl around my age in a grey hoodie and grey sweats leaning against the door frame.

She had black hair that was cut to her jaw with a fringe that swept across her face.

And even though her fringe was covering her eyes,you could still see that they were hazel.

"Uh sorry,i didn't even know what the time was and i guess i didn't realise how loud we were."I said shyly whilst rubbing the back of my neck and giving her an apologising smile.

She smiled and held her hand out for me to shake it. "You must be the new one." I nodded and then shoke her hand.

"I'm Ellie." I introduced myself.

"I'm Hirro." She said back and took her hand away from our handshake to point to my roommate.

"Don't prank her you,otherwise i'm getting the giraffes on you."She ordered giving him a joking glare and flipped her hair.

Looks like she knows him well.

I chuckled and smiled.

An hour later.-----

Hirro had given me her phone number and told me to meet her at a café called 'Noah's' before classes.
I being a good person,didn't turn down the offer even though my roommate was invited also.

I mean come on,i can't pass up new friends.

So here I am now,in the middle of brushing my teeth whilst painting my nails so I can get there in time.
I was thankfully already dressed in an over sized baseball tee and a pair of dungarees so once I had done this I just need to do my hair and slip my shoes on.

"Hey!how long does it take you to get ready Ellie??!"My roommate said putting emphasis on my name because he had been doing that ever since he found it out an hour ago.

"I told you I'm not getting in a car with a stranger!"I yelled from the bathroom so he could hear me.

I heard him groan and move over to the bathroom door.

"I'm not a stranger I'm your roommate!"He said in a slightly mock hurt voice.

"I don't know your name though."I said as I screwed the light blue nail vanish closed and then put it to the side.

"But-"

"No buts."I hummed and waved my hands in a shooing motion so the nail vanish could dry.

"Let me innnn."He said knocking on the door slightly.

"It's open."I said,rolling my eyes.

I heard the door click and looked up from my drying nails to my roommate.

I realised I've never really examined him,even though I have been living with him about half a day I haven't really paid attention to what he looks like.

I looked him up and down not thinking about how creepy I may look to see he had a tall frame and dirty blonde hair which stood out and sat in a messy style like he just woke up.
I could see he had a few freckles which made him look quite innocent which defiantly is the opposite of what he is but they looked cute.
Did I just call him cute?ew.

Well anyway he was now wearing plain dark blue jeans with a plain black top that clung to his figure.

He coughed,making me snap out of taking in his appearance.
He must of noticed what I was doing because when I looked up at his face he had a smirk plastered on it.

Once I felt heat travel to my cheeks I instantly scrambled onto the floor.

"Tell me your name otherwise I'm not going with you."I said,keeping my eyes focused on the floor so my blush could fade away before he notices.

He huffed and muttered under his breath "Cole."
