Ellie's POV.

We were now outside the art building.

The outside was a pale yellow with a few broken windows sticking out,it looked horrible but in the first place I'm surprised there's an art building at all.

"So here is the ancient art building."Cole says as he crosses his arms and leans against his car.

"Good luck!"He adds in a cheery voice and waves his hands whilst making his way back into his car.

I sent death glares at him as the car started to pull out of the driveway.

"Oh yeah and you owe me!"He shouts as his car drives past me before leaving.

"Yeah yeah" I mumbled under my breath as I slowly turn back around to face the art building.

"Okay Ellie,you can do this."I said as i walked over to the entrance.

I rubbed my hands together and turned the door handle.

"Hey,you must be...Ellie right?"

I spun around to see a tall women with thick black hair and small oval shaped glasses.

I nodded and backed away from the door to let her go through.

"I'm Ms.Henrys,your art teacher."She said sticking her hand out for me to shake it.

I shook her hand and gave her a quick smile before following her through the building.

The place look nothing like it did from the outside.

The place was riddled with modern furniture and many people were rushing around the place.

"Your class is this way."Ms.Henrys said as she waved her hand in a 'follow me' motion.

I rushed over to her and walked up the small steps.

"We made the outside look destroyed because we didn't want anything to get robbed you see."She said as if she was answering my thoughts.

I nodded and entered a small room down the hallway to the left with her.

And there i saw guess who,Derrick.

He waved at me as i looked at him and mouthed 'come sit here'

I shrugged and looked around the classroom,there wasn't any spare seats anyways.

I slung my bag on the table and took out my pencil kit and my art book.

"Wow your prepared."Derrick said as he gave me a wide smile.

"Indeed i am,first lesson means i need to make a good impression."I said as i did a quick salute and we both chuckled.

"Okay class so today we have a new student,her name is Ellie."Ms.Henry said as she pointed over to me.

Lucky enough that was all that was said about me and we went straight to the point.

"Okay now today i want you to create a picture resembling your family,it could be just one member,it could be abstract.Anything you want."She said and with that everyone got cracking on.

I looked at the paper in front of me.

Was all that i could think of.

"Hey Ellie,what are you going to do?"Derrick questioned as he started to flick some paint on to his paper.

"I don't know yet,how about you?"I said,trying to change the subject to him.

Luckily it worked. "Well,i'm just doing an abstract painting of my little sister."He said cheerfully.

"That's nice."I said as i gave him a fake smile.

I could not smile at the mention of little sister,just thinking about it made pain strike me.

But then i felt like i forgot something immediately.

I ignored it,thinking i would remember it later.

"Hey Ellie,someone's on the phone for you."Ms.Henrys said as she gave me the school mobile and pointed outside the room.

I took it from her and said thank you before leaving the room and closing the door behind me.

"Hello?"I said quickly tucking a loose strand of my hair behind my ear.

"Hey hun."

It was my dad.

"You have no right to call me that."I said with disgust running through my voice.

"Hey calm down i just came to tell you your sister's and mother's aniversary is in three days,so you need to get here soon."

"What?! Why didn't you enroll me here after the aniversary!"

"Because.."

"Because you wanted to get rid of me huh,just like you did to Mum and Stacy!"

I then hung up,anger filled me and i dropped the phone.

Tears filled my eyes but i would not let them fall.

I quickly ran as fast as i could,out of the door and across the boarding school.

Until i got lost.
